i am looking for someone that we can both keep each other accountable

Hey, can somebody give me a good answer to this objection? I send out sms messages saying: you just pay me after closed jobs. I call the interested leads to book a meeting with them, but usually they ask about pricing something like: "so I just have to pay after I closed a job?" Or "So if I dont pay anything till I closed the jobs, then sure." Or Ok, just tell me what percentage I pay you after a closed job. I dont know how to asnwer to these, since they obviously have to cover the ad spent and sometimes to make sure they serious there is a one time setup fee. After that its just pay per closed jobs. This is my biggest objection for me right now so thank you for any help in advance

Hello everyone, I would like to get your opinion on the above topic. The other day I was attending a company training about a new real estate platform to use as they are trying to establish as a competitor to the two main real estate platforms in Australia which charge a lot of money to clients. One of the features of this platform is the use of AI to assist agent making calls ( they can do like 3000 calls within short term) of course is still in Beta mode but you could feel that was an AI agent how do you think clients will feel knowing that they are talking with an AI agent rather than person , where Realestate is a face to face type of industry like many other industries
