64 Views to Almost a Million
@Jim Justice had nine videos on his channel. 64 views. Not per video. Total. And he wasn't bad at it. His teaching was solid. His thumbnails were cleaner than most. He showed up every week. So I audited his channel. Every video. 113 search phrases run through YouTube to see what his people actually type. The 21 biggest breakout videos in his niche, pulled apart. The first line of the report: "You are not being ignored. You are being unfindable." He was making videos about how to build a consulting offer. Good videos, for people who had already decided to do it. Nobody types that into YouTube. Meanwhile the best story in his whole business was sitting on his About page. He'd never told it on camera. "I lost everything at 60. No savings. No retirement. No backup plan." So the audit told him to make one video. I Lost Everything at 60. This Is What I Did Next. He used the title word for word. Made the thumbnail even better: $1,300 LEFT. Sat on his porch with his phone and hit record. That video is closing in on a million views. 5 subscribers to over 3,000. His next video passed 10,000, which beats his first nine combined by roughly 9,936. Same guy. Same porch. Same phone. He got the topic, the title, the thumbnail and the first 60 seconds right. That's it. On Wednesday, Jim will be there live to tell you himself. Then you run your own channel through the Next Video Builder and leave knowing exactly what video to make next. Get Your Video Shown. Wednesday, October 21, noon Central (1pm Eastern, 6pm UK). Included with YouTube to Skool for $7 a month. https://www.skool.com/youtubetoskool/about Drop a comment with the title of your last video and how many views it got. No judgment.

@Nadine OGarro love this meme!
Holiday sales
I would focus on using holiday months to increase sales. Holiday season is a great time to sell gift certificates. Most are seeking gifts and will be planning on spending more money. There will be competition but develop a particular sales strategy.
What would you put on a road sign?
People over explain. Someone asks "what do you do?" or "tell me about your Skool community," and we're off to the races. The background. The process. The calls. The DMs. This came up on the Mastermind call, the community call, and my one-to-ones this week. It's just a thing. You have to do stuff to get people a result. We know that. But people care way more about the result than the stuff you do to get them there. You've seen the sign on the side of the road. WE BUY HOUSES. Phone number. Clear offer. You either keep driving or you take a picture and call. You see these every single day: - Cash for Gold. - We Buy Junk Cars. - Keys Made. - Ice. (I love this one.) - Free Estimates. - Injured? Call now. - Cracked Screens Fixed Today. - Firewood $5. - Lawn Mowing. Call Jake. Four words or less. They all name the outcome. None of them explain how. Nobody explains how they buy the junk car. They just buy junk cars. There's a guy on Skool who helps kids with the SAT. His offer is "Get a 1550+ SAT score." Five words. I've looked at that page a bunch of times and I've never once read how he does it. If I wanted a 1550, I wouldn't care. It sounds ridiculous. But it truly needs to be that simple. When I sold elevators, I said "I sell elevators." When I was doing real estate with seller financing and all that, I said "I'm a landlord." Three words. A couple weeks ago I played golf with some strangers. What do you do? "I teach people how to make money on the internet." One guy asked if I was a consultant. Sort of, more like a coach. Then everybody hit their tee shots and nobody brought it up again. That's fine. If they wanted to make money on the internet, they would have asked. And if somebody does ask how, answer the question they asked. Only that one. As few words as possible. Then ask them a question back. Homework. Two questions. Put your answers in the comments and we'll all help each other. 1. What would you put on your road sign? Four words if you can.

Good exercise. I am looking forward to learning from everyone. I am still in the working on coming up with an idea while mentally moving at the pace of a tortise. But I could not resist sending out my request into the universe! 1. What would you put on your road sign? Four words if you can. My sign would read -- "Won the big lottery" 2. If I join your Skool community, or work with you one-to-one, for 90 days, what's true at the end? What result can I expect? One or two sentences Result -- You will have a very rich and appreciative friend.
What if...
I went live on TikTok every single day until this community gets to 10,000 members. I'm at 1,425 right now. Would it be worth it? Live every single day. 60 minutes minimum each time. How long do you think it would take me?

Add "maybe" depending on facts, please explain why maybe, to your options. Y/N not always what respondent is thinking, too cut and dry.

Do you have a Skool community?
Here is your chance to share your Skool community. Who knows, maybe you'll get some members. Here's what you must do. Vote "Yes" or "No" in the poll below. Share your about page link and tell us what your community is about in 1-2 sentences. If you don't vote in the poll, you can't share your link. If you have multiple groups, pick the one you want us to see, not all of them. Let's see if we can get to 100 comments!
