O – Swelling observed around the right knee, stiffness upon awakening and range of motion for the knee is limited to 90 degrees of flexion. A – Likely osteoarthritis due to advanced age, work activities with repetitive movements and joint overload. P – Prescribe rest, recommend anti-inflammatory treatment quad-strengthening and analgesics strategy. Exercises twice a week and suggest a follow-up in one month.
