Decisions????
There are moments in life when a single decision shapes your future and everything that follows is built from it. For me, one of those decisions was joining the military. At 22, that path also came with consequences I wasn’t prepared for. Decisions made during my time in the United States Army led me to 18 months of being homeless. I carried it quietly, most of my family didn’t even know what I was going through. It was a season that forced me to grow fast, figure things out, and survive. That decision shaped me, but it didn’t fix everything. There were things I carried from that time. Things I didn’t face. Things I pushed aside just to keep moving forward. For a long time, I convinced myself that was enough. But avoiding something doesn’t erase it. It only delays it. Years went by. Life moved forward, but some things don’t resolve on their own. They wait until you’re ready to deal with them. Eventually, you have to make a new decision, even when it’s one you didn’t choose but one that will still change the course of your life. Today, I made one of those decisions. Today, I chose to face something I couldn’t fix back then, something I had to set aside because I didn’t have the ability and because of the trauma tied to it. Today, I take another step, not just in motion but in faith. Today, I’m getting my teeth fixed. It didn’t happen on my timeline. It took longer than I expected, but that doesn’t make it any less important. This decision is a decision that will be a journey however, the most powerful move you can make is stepping out in faith. Over the pain, over the trauma or the doubt. So I’ll leave you with this What’s something in your life you know it’s time to make right?

@Justin Marsha there is a journey to recovery but the steps are ordered
Pre-decide or let it ride?!
There’s so much power in pre-deciding.Before the moment shows up… you’ve already decided who you’re going to be in it. Examples: - You’ve already decided you’re not snapping back when someone speaks to you sideways—you respond, you don’t react. - You’ve already decided you’re working out at 6am—so when the alarm hits, there’s no debate. - You’ve already decided you’re not entertaining distractions during your work block—phone stays down, focus stays up. - You’ve already decided your standards—so opportunities don’t tempt you out of alignment. That’s power. That’s discipline. That’s leadership. But here’s the balance… Knowing when not to pre-decide is just as powerful. Because if you pre-decide everything, you can lock yourself into habits that don’t serve you. Like knowing you’re about to stop at Buc-ee’s… and already accepting you’re walking out with snacks you didn’t plan for 🤦🏾‍♂️😂

Shocking my life
I told myself this year I would step out more and network, go to more business events, get more clients, and try new things. We have came up with new skills to learn, new businesses to help, skills that are being seen, our name in people’s mouths and respect being earned. We also told God we would step out in faith. I didn’t know that it would be literally. Tell me what you think? Well long story you have to shock things up. lol ⚡️
