🎁 Free Blueprint Update + Next 5-day Challenge Announced
Hey ADHD Harmony fam! What a ride these last weeks have been. If you were on yesterday's live Q&A, you know. We watched back the recap video together and honestly, I got emotional again. Hearing your stories, your breakthroughs, the moments where something finally clicked. That is why I do this. 🎁 So here's the big update: The blueprint is unlocked!! Now let me be fully transparent about what changed and why. Originally I set the blueprint to unlock after 50 days of being active. The idea behind that was simple: the cycle between a challenge, a six-week program, and the next challenge is roughly 50 days. So my thinking was that if someone joins during the marketing phase before a challenge, they wouldn't get the blueprint too early, because you really need to do the challenge first for the blueprint to make sense. It's the next step, not the first step. But then I realized there was a lot of confusion. What does "active" even mean? Am I going to check everyone individually? It wasn't concrete, it wasn't transparent, and that bothered me. So I decided to flip it around. Instead of making you wait 50 days, I'm giving access to everyone who completed the five-day challenge. Right now, it's in the classroom "6 Week Transformation Blueprint". But here's my ask in return: I'm giving this away for free. And honestly, it's quite a lot. What I ask from you is simple: use it and engage in the community. Do your check-ins. Share your reflections. Post your wins and your struggles. Be real. Be vulnerable. Help others by showing up. Because here's the truth. If people stop posting and leave after the challenge, this community dies. And I don't want that. Not for me, not for you, not for the people who haven't found us yet. Now the practical stuff: If you completed the challenge, you should have received an invite in your email by now. So if you submitted your AI questions and received your report during the challenge, you're in. The invite was sent to the email address you used when doing the AI questions (see the screenshot attached, click "JOIN NOW" to receive access). If your Skool account uses a different email, please send me a DM and I'll get your Skool account access sorted. This was my only accurate way to track who actually completed the challenge.

I think this is the right choice. People want to act when they are still glowing in the aftermath of the challenge.
Cohort 1. How'd you do it?
First of all thank you to the beautiful souls from cohort 1 who shared their testimonials. It was inspiring to hear the progress you've all made in your living with ADHD: the understandings you gained, the paralysis overcome, the expanding social circle... Please, how did you approach the six weeks? Any recommendations to avoid some of the hiccups you yourself experienced but made a course change, so to speak? I would love to hear from you as I'm starting the six weeks in 5 or 6 DAYS, just like the other souls who have joined I'm sure. Blessings

Hi, Along with listening to the lecture and Q&A sessions scheduled each week, I also read the chapter in the Blueprint that corresponded to the week we were in, and went through the current week's lesson section in the Skool classroom. In Harmony AI I filled out the Worksheet each week, and did the Daily Check-Ins. If I had questions or challenges I ask Sage for help. During each week, I started implementing some part of what were were learning, that way I was taking action, and not just gaining knowledge. Good Luck on Your Journey, I have no doubt it will be amazing!

@Deb Brouwer You are welcome. Slowly and surely I am still moving forward in that area. Currently I am cleaning, decluttering, and reorganizing my craft room.

@San Shiels My understanding is yes. You incorporate what you learned in the 5 day challenge into your lifestyle. and you share your experiences. You continue to show up and read the posts of others and learn from what others are posting about their experiences.
How old were you when…
I’m curious how old you were when you were diagnosed. I was in my 50s.

@Tracy Weiss Several (8) genetic markers for Hereditary ADHD and ADHD showed up on my Full DNA Sequencing Report. I was looking for something else, and found that.

Gene Sequencing
In December 2025 I sent my DNA in to be sequenced to see what hereditary diseases I might be prone to. I got the results back this morning. I do indeed have 2 genes that are flagged as possibly contributing to Hereditary ADHD (DRDS, SLC2A9} and 8 variants of gene ABLAP that can possibly contribute to ADHD in general. I thought that was very interesting and am including a screenshot of What DRDS is responsible for. I am sifting through the info still and have uncovered some gene variants I have that are responsible for certain drugs not being metabolized properly. Ether I would metabolize them too quickly or too slowly (potentially leading to an overdose). This is always good information to have. I also found information that could be helpful in the future if I have certain symptoms / conditions, knowing that it may be a genetic issue may have an impact on treatment. I did uncover a gene that could explain the basis of both my mother's & brother's medical issues (both have passed on). So all in all it was very informative, and I'm trying not to 'spiral' and freak out that I have said gene that may have contributed to the early deaths of my immediate family members. I did do my 3 minute comeback protocol and am feeling pretty calm right now.

@Esther LindseyThey have Specials periodically. The pricing is clear on their website with different pricing packages. I thought it was reasonable. I got the whole genome sequencing without the extras.

@Cathy A Castagna That's very interesting. Especially since some of the information one would want their Doctor to know.
