I host a call twice a month for the Skool Ambassador community And all of the members are people that are producing ads for skool. Somehow the ads I make for skool are consistently the been the best performing that skool has ever had. So they asked for more BTS to how I shoot them. I am also giving it to you. You can use many of the same abilities for content. You can consider this the beginning of an ads production masterclass. /////////////////////// I was on a EARLY morning run today w the Estonia IRL community (that I did NOT want to roll out of bed for) but i did it anyways. fml anyways one of the guys asked if i wanna shoot an ad... fuck. challenge accepted. ad mode activated. this happens a lot. ...I always say yes. 1. Over the next 10/15 minutes i wrote the script while running (exhibit c) (made sure to make it personal, solve a particular problem, interact w my surroundings, give CTA) 2. Then i prepared the group to respond to my shouts and SHOT the ad (exhibit b) 3. This is the raw ad in selfie mode (exhibit a) Technically I got it in the first take, even tho i was only about 75% satisfied with it. And thats fine. Hope this helps!!

It's a couple weeks and the twitter support has been struggling with it because they stole my account, but the bad part is they took my email and created a new account with it and locked that. This has really messed it up. So far, I've gotten alerts from them trying to access - My Bank - 2 of my credit cards - My Fidelity account - Experian credit alerts - Instagram - and Google. I'm getting pretty worried and not really sure what to do about this. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

My Prediction Is Coming True... Again What the future of YouTube will look like, and how to capitalize on it. I tend to be VERY good at predictions. A 6th Sense you could say 🔮 At the mansion, I was talking at length to anyone who would listen, particularly @Wiktor Romanowicz @Daniel Bissonnette @Andrew Kirby @Matthew Thompson & @Kai Nemzer about the shift of YouTube into something "new". → I predicted that YouTube would lean into binge-style content. (like Netflix) And now months later they are changing the foundation and competing for this style. [plus the other changes done this month about LIVE updates] I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention so you can think differently about YouTube. I've predicted YouTube changes 3 times over in the past few years. This time is more a foundational shift. You can work towards this by creating ongoing content. "series" "Kardashians" You can create go live and use those. - Bonus, go live for a LONG time. Twitch style! Think about it from YouTube's Perspective, the more time on the platform the better. People now use YouTube "passively" and on their TV more now. Study Viewer Retention and watch your analytics closely. Retention will be king now. (made this video for more thoughts on this)
