Maybe a little behind, but here I am now..... So a little bit about me! My name is Joshua Long. I originally grew up in rural Ohio, but currently in Florida, and soon to be traveling around the USA in an SUV focusing on building my community. 🚙 Here's a short story..... My awakening happened In 2020 at the lowest point in a romantic relationship that was filled with abuse and two imbalanced individuals that were lost. Where it was the lowest point in my life, it was also the best point in my life. I believe the level of our evolution is a direct reflection of our pain. This lead me to become an Adult Chair Master Life Coach. 🙏 What Drew Me Here?🤔 After about 3 years of deep self reflection and playing in the dark while shedding, I have got to a point where I am being called to integrate. With letting go and purging so much the past few years, I am ready to fully commit to building community and spreading the wisdom I have been blessed to receive. It is now time to face the ultimate test of the shadow work I have been working through. This community is pushing me to authentically express and commit while supporting the continued shadows that appear. "My mission, should you choose to accept it..."🦸🏻‍♂️ My mission is to anchor unconditional love on Earth — to hold a field of presence so powerful that it catalyzes the transmutation of shadow into light simply through being. Through the energy of non-judgment, balance, and divine neutrality, I help others awaken to their innate wholeness — integrating masculine and feminine energies, human and divine, shadow and soul. My work exists beyond hierarchy or dogma; it is a remembrance of what we already are: love embodied, consciousness in motion. In my spaces, healing happens organically — through resonance, reflection, and the power of authentic presence. We spoke last week about taking an initiative to get an accountability partner because of the numerable powerful benefits to taking a journey like this through to completion. Next week I will be instructing you on how to manage your relationship with your accountability partner so please MOVE MOUNTAINS TO FIND A FRIEND ;) to walk this path with you. Simply, I will be having a meet briefly once per week to check in on each other and sitting in a group chat with your buddy or buddies. I would recommend Three to create a triad if you can. You will be talking to each other about each other’s goals and supporting each other through the process. We are all coaches, visionaries and brilliant, compassionate human beings with a deep capacity to create a change in this world inspire each other.
