Hi fam 💖 Lately I've been thinking about how much of our lives are shaped by resonance. People, situations, opportunities, even repeated patterns tend to enter our field when there's some level of energetic match... Whether it be conscious or unconscious. Not always because we WANT them, but because something within us is still in coherence with them. And when we truly shift internally (our standards, self-concept, nervous system, beliefs, boundaries, etc) certain things naturally lose access to us. The resonance is gone, so they can't "stick" anymore. Makes me wonder how many things we try to fight externally are actually asking us to shift internally first. To what extent do you think this is true? Is absolutely everything a matter of energetic resonance or do you see life as more random than that? 🤔
