Good Morning, Speak Family. Happy Friday.
Take a moment today to be proud of yourself. You made it through another week, and that isn't something to take for granted. Life won't always be easy, but every sunrise is another chance to keep moving forward, to learn, to heal, and to become a little stronger than yesterday. If today feels heavy, remember you don't have to carry it alone. Reach out, check in with someone, and let others check in with you too. Sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference. Wherever you are this morning, I hope you find one reason to smile and one reason to keep going. 💚

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ENGLAND ARE THROUGH! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
After knocking Norway out in the quarter-finals, it’s Argentina next. What a result and what a night! ⚽️🔥 But as we enjoy the win, here’s your Sunday reminder: Be kind to yourself. It’s easy to get caught up in the football, the celebrations, the food, the drink and the excitement and there’s nothing wrong with enjoying yourself. Just don’t forget to keep turning up for you. Between now and the next game, what is one thing you will do to move your life forward? Train. Get outside. Make the call. Start the task. Rest properly. Spend time with someone who matters. Big progress does not always come from massive changes. Sometimes, it comes from keeping one small promise to yourself. Drop your commitment in the comments so we can hold each other accountable. Enjoy your Sunday, gang. We go again against Argentina! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 💪

🎉 HOORAY, WE’VE FINALLY LAUNCHED!
This moment has been a long time coming, and we’re genuinely proud to finally share the new SPEAK with you. A huge thank you to everyone who has stayed with us while we tested, learned, listened and built a model that can make a real difference. This community is about helping people build stronger minds, better habits, deeper connections and better lives, before life reaches breaking point. And we’re only just getting started. Next week, we’ll be dropping our first expert session since the rebrand, alongside new challenges, conversations and opportunities to get involved. Thank you for believing in the mission and being part of the journey. The next chapter starts now. It’s all gravy, baby. 🚀

Hey everyone
To the whole Speak community, thank you. 💚 I just wanted to take a moment to thank every single one of you for being part of my journey. Towards the end of 2022, my life changed forever when I lost my sister at just 45 years old due to mental health struggles. Losing her left a hole in my heart that will never truly be filled. The grief, pain and questions that followed were some of the hardest moments I've ever faced. For a long time, I felt lost. But through sharing my story, connecting with others, and finding communities like Speak, I began to realise that healing doesn't mean forgetting. It means learning to carry the love, memories and lessons forward. On January 1st, 2026, I started running. Something I never imagined would become such an important part of my life. Twenty weeks later, I've run 278 miles and continue to run 45 miles every month in my sister's honour. Every mile is for her, for those we've lost, and for those who are still fighting battles that nobody else can see. I'm also training for the Great South Run and raising money for Solent Mind, with a goal of £500, because I want to help create hope for others who may be struggling. To everyone in this community who has supported me, encouraged me, shared their own stories, liked a post, left a comment, or simply listened thank you. You may never realise how much your kindness means. In my darkest moments, communities like this reminded me that none of us have to walk through life alone. If my sister's story, my running journey, or anything I've shared has helped even one person hold on for another day, then every mile has been worth it. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Thank you for helping me turn pain into purpose. And thank you for reminding me, every day, that hope is still alive. Please stay. Keep going. Your story matters. 💚Craig 💚🏃‍♂️
