Happy pre challenege weekend!
How's everyone prepping for the challange? Woke up this morning and got in a 30 min bike ride. With the one and only Cody on Peleton. He's a riot. Love his energy and vibe- which gets me all dripping sweat. Drinking my post workout clear protein-tropical punch. I have to go food shopping and i would like to meal prep some breakfast things and lunches. Dinners, i will be winging it and maybe some crockpot. I reallt want to focus and do well with this challenge. I will probably go on a walk today- luckily ny mom is visiting and she loves to walk so we will take the babes out and enjoy the weather and do some vegetable planting later with my husband.
