I made a double batch this weekend. This one I didn’t have another banneton for so it had to proof in a loaf tin and I think the tin was too big/my shaping wasn’t tight enough. When I pulled it out it was a bit flat/spread and it didn’t spring as much as the one that was in a banneton. Considering it was my first bake in 2 weeks I’m not mad! But I think a touch under? Don’t mind my ugly K for my sister Kelly 🤣
