I’m Very Curious 🤔
Hey everyone! This thought just passed my mind and figured I’d get a conversation going on it. As a wedding photographer, I’ve had moments where the clients have asked for the RAW photos and I know many people have asked if those are “available” before the photos have been taken. My question to ya’ll is why… why Do we think they actually ask for them? Do they have the software to veiw and edit them, do they have friends who edit them or is it something they think they need to ask for because of social media ect. (I could go on about the whys) Besides the obvious understanding that if they don’t like the looks/edits or just want all the photos. That I get but still what are they going to do with them or what do they do with them? Ps: I’ve had very particular client that really wanted them and ended up printing allll the raws inside the grooms suit jacket 😅🙈 Curious on everyone’s ideas, thoughts, knowledge, experience and opinions!

Random bits and pieces...
Some out of cam shots that I like. If you zoom in, you'll see the specks of dust, crumbs and even a fingerprint on the knife. 🤦🏽‍♂️ But still "crispy" as @Tiahna L put it. ;) 1) Mizio's street food, Rome. Their in house brew. 2) Tsingtao Chinese lager, China (obviously) 3) MEPRA cutlery, Brescia 4) Random Donuts for a café near my house. 5) Aigner cologne shot from a few years back. Sadly they used a different shot, but I like this one as I got the chrome lit perfectly. No reflections

Whats Your Favorite Lighting?
This weekend I had the privilege of shooting a wedding with @Causey Williams at the stunning Huitt Farms! The weather held off, thank the Lord and created soft even lighting for most of the day. The sun came out during ceremony, I caught myself getting exited for the beautiful sunlight that was filling in the trees/shadows behind the couple, providing separation of subject and background, giving it a dynamic feel with depth and texture. Probably some of my favorite lighting!? Whats your "favorite" lighting to work with? I've included a screen grab of a RAW photo to show an example! ps: peep the flower girl, she was cracking me up 😆
