A Scope of Work is the most important thing. There you need to describe the project, deadlines, responsibilities on each part, budget, payment terms and signature
Why Niching Down Wins in 3D
Here’s the truth: in the 3D world, being good at everything doesn’t make you valuable. Being great at one thing does. Think of it like surgery: you don’t want a generalist if you need brain surgery—you want the specialist. And specialists get paid more. Takeaways from this lesson: - The 3D industry is huge, but trying to do everything is a trap. - Generalists blend into the noise; specialists stand out. - Agencies (and clients) won’t pay top dollar for “do-it-alls.” - Your niche = your authority + higher rates. Where do you see the biggest opportunity to niche down in 3D? Let’s discuss. Worksheet HERE: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GKMWNBNgJ7FjHqS-4gF8KRbRB2Y3U0uO25f3jl34HZA/edit?tab=t.0 🎥 Watch the full video here: 👇

🚀 You Are One Client Away
From breaking through. From transforming your 3D work into a real business. From going from “talented freelancer” → “trusted studio.” But here’s the truth we uncovered in today’s call: 1. Leads = Lifeline Without leads, there’s no business. A lead is simply someone you’re one text or call away from working with. If you don’t have a system to attract them, you’re relying on luck. 2. Quality Doesn’t Pay the Bills Amazing renders don’t automatically equal sales. What brands actually want: content that sells more, builds trust, and scales their business. 3. Niche = Relatability When you’re general, nobody knows what problem you solve. When you niche down, people instantly think: “This person helps people like me.” 4. Remove the Risk Big companies default to studios because hiring “one guy” feels risky. Frame yourself as a studio + show testimonials → and suddenly the risk is gone. 5. Content is the Ferrari Brands live in people’s minds. Content is the only bridge. 3D is not “nice-to-have” — it’s the Ferrari of content. And most 3D creatives are selling Ferraris at the price of a Toyota. 6. The Long Game Outreach is rejection. Business is rejection. Consistency is what creates momentum. Your breakout could be just around the corner — don’t quit before it comes. You are ONE client away. But that only happens when you’ve got the right system: leads, niche positioning, testimonials, and a VSL (video sales letter) to start real conversations. 👉 Which one is your current bottleneck? - Leads - Niche clarity - Testimonials - Content strategy Drop it below ⬇️ so we can help you break through.

Case Study From KeyShot
As mentioned in the call today: https://www.keyshot.com/customers/blendjet/ "When we switched from photos of the BlendJet One to KeyShot renders, we increased our website conversion rate and sales by 20%" 3D visuals gives people the spark their imagination needs to make the purchase.
