Contract suggestion
Hi,
I am Vinay and as we work with more clients we make different contract most fo my previous contract were more like Invoices
I am making a contract and wanted to know what else I can add to it
what I included
- Scope of project
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Payment 50% before and 50% when project is completed
- the revision payment
- Property/work rights
- ownership, confidentiality
- when it can be terminated
- liability like if project gets shopped no refund for initial payment
- Signatures
- law should I included it as client's country law/both my country and their country law as most of my clients are international clients
What else should I include, Let me know
