As 2025 comes to a close, @Drew Brania 's amazing posts have me thinking of what I will bring to the table in 2026 and I can tell you, it is already an exciting list! 1) Playdoh Seminars - in the next few weeks, I will become qualified and certified to offer Team Building, Conflict Resolution and more using PLAYDOH as the base. I am excited to take these sessions into the First Nation communities where play helps many to navigate hard things! 2) Sandi AI - my AI version will be available to provide guidance to Indigenous youth along with quick answers to my non-Indigenous clients who never seem to have time. I have already spoken to me a few times and I am excited to bring her to the world in 2026! 3) In 2026, I am embracing another first by bringing my most popular Lunch and Learn sessions to LinkedIn as Lives! 4) And of course, new seminars! 2026 is going to be an amazing year. Just came across this post on LinkedIn and my mouth literally dropped open. HAD to share ... "I stopped asking for support from people who never had the capacity to understand my vision." The wrong audience will make you feel like you’re dreaming too big. But the right purpose will remind you that you were created to lead, not to fit in. Some of the most dangerous advice comes from people who quit on themselves. Some of the deepest discouragement comes from people who’ve never healed. Some of the loudest opinions come from people who never did the work. I had to stop shrinking. Stop explaining. Stop waiting on validation.
