@Tallahase Veronah Thank you, I really appreciate you sharing that. I’ve been working in e-commerce and online business for many years, and recently I’ve been focusing heavily on AI, content creation and helping businesses improve their online presence. I’m particularly interested in what you said about organizing digital and affiliate products in a way that creates consistent sales. I’d love to understand more about how you structured that side of your business and what has worked best for you. I’m also currently building a free training around creating and publishing content more consistently using AI, so it sounds like we’re working in some very complementary areas. 😊
Are you focused on the past, present, or future?
Just a fun thought I was having: Too many times we get caught up in worrying (thinking about the past), dreaming (thinking about the future), or fretting (worrying about the near future or recent past, which some call the present). If you had to be stuck in your head (I know, I know, nobody wants to admit that they do sometimes), which would you rather be living in: The past, present, or future?

Bradford, interesting question. I’d choose the present — but with a clear picture of the future. I think the past is useful for lessons, and the future gives us direction, but the only place we can actually take action is today. I’ve also noticed that when I spend too much time thinking about the future without taking the next small action, it can easily turn into worry instead of vision. So for me: future for direction, present for action. 👍
Your Website Shouldn’t Work Alone
I’ve started looking at websites differently. A website can look great, bring in visitors, and still leave you doing too much work manually behind the scenes. What happens after someone fills out your form? Who gets the lead? How quickly do they get a response? Where is their information stored? What happens if nobody follows up? That’s where connecting your website to your business systems can make a huge difference. Forms can trigger workflows. Leads can enter your CRM automatically. Follow-ups can happen without someone constantly checking notifications. I’ve seen how much smoother a business can operate when the website and backend systems actually work together. If your website could automatically handle one repetitive task in your business, what would you want it to take off your plate?

Paul, completely agree. A website shouldn’t just collect leads — it should start the next action automatically. For me, one of the biggest missed opportunities is speed of follow-up. Someone submits a form and then waits hours, sometimes days, for a response. I’d want the website to immediately qualify the lead, send the right response, update the CRM and trigger the next follow-up automatically. That alone can make the website feel much more like a sales system than just an online brochure.
WHAT TO USE WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE AN OFFER STACK
Hi, I'm going to give a Perfect Webinar in two weeks and my offer is a book, an eBook. I don't have anything else that goes with it so I can't imagine what to add for the offer stack. What people do in this case? Is there any alternative strategy? Thanks in advance!

Paolo, I wouldn’t add random bonuses just to make the stack look bigger. I’d build the stack around helping the buyer get the result from the book faster. For example: the book/eBook + a workbook or action plan + checklists/templates + a short implementation training + perhaps a live Q&A or bonus session. That way the offer isn’t “more stuff” — it becomes the book + the tools to actually use it. I think the best stack depends on the main transformation your book promises. What result does the book help people achieve?
Your Expertise Should Keep Working After the Zoom Call Ends
A client can leave your call energized. They see the path. ..understand the framework. ..know what needs to happen next. Then Monday happens. They are back in a messy real-world decision. They have competing priorities, incomplete information, and a team asking for direction. That is when they need your judgment most. Yet your best thinking is usually trapped in the last Zoom call, a course module, a recording, a PDF, or a message thread. The client has the material. What they need is help applying it. This is where custom software becomes valuable. Your method, decision process, content, and guidance can become a system that helps clients work through the situation in front of them. It can ask useful questions. ... surface the relevant part of your framework.. ... guide the next step.. and create a better starting point for the next conversation with you. You remain central to the work that requires your experience, judgment, and relationship. The software makes more of your best work available between calls. That creates stronger value touch points for your customers and gives your expertise more room to travel without adding another meeting to your calendar. 🚀 - James

James, this is a really strong way of explaining the value of AI/software, not replacing the expert, but extending their expertise between conversations. I especially like the point about helping the client apply the knowledge, not just giving them more information. That’s where I think a lot of courses and coaching programs lose people. Have you found that clients respond better when this is positioned as an “AI assistant” around their methodology, or more as a custom client-support system?
