The Work is Working!
I’ve been active in the weight room, cycling machine, and stretching preparing for basketball season. Today, I took my son and daughter to the park. We had another hooper come out to play. We played 21. I got in that mode. I’m 85% in shape. Still working. I’m conditioned for sure! I came up short, but I had opportunities to win. I had 20, but missed at the line, back to 15. Came back to 19, but tried to win behind the arc. Stay hungry Coach. I’m proud of me!

Content may seem so foreign to most of you, but is really a non-negotiable to becoming a well known/respected trainer
Great Call!
A lot was covered on tonight's player development call! 3 highlights that come to mind: 1. The best coaches are able to turn complexity into simplicity 2. Three training methods are the games-based approach/CLA, Technical Skills, and Feel Good/Game Shots. How do you blend the 3 in different parts of the year to maximize growth and development? 3. Mastering Teaching Shooting mechanics can separate you as a coach Great chat! @Joseph Wunder @Peniel Smythe @Toby Lewis @Lonnie Favel See y'all for the next call this Friday at 10am est!
