Pursuit of Mastery and Discipline
The quote "Familiartiy breeds contempt" is attributed to Aesop. How do you relate to your pursuits when the progress slows, the teachings become familiar, and you the weight is now on your shoulders to keep going? Lets hear from you what your thoughts and experiences are 👇

Really enjoy this! @Reko Vitae Working consistently with a craft has been empowering for me. I continue to find new energy for other areas of life the deeper I get into a specific craft too. From a relation standpoint - The most powerful reframe has been the experimental mindset @Manu Vitae has supported me with. The weight feels a lot lighter thinking of anything as an experiment and the outcomes are no longer my identity. It's opened the relationship I have with each of the crafts to new possibility and the energy isn't forced vs. feeling burdensome at points of stagnancy in the growth curve. Here's a video of my tendencies when progress slows and some ways I've navigated those to experience new growth.

@Reko Vitae Appreciate that. Totally with you on the creative aspect, helps me transform ideas in my mind. Just got back from a run and had some reflections from your original post, realizing I didn't tie my relationship to the experience of growth within my craft. I want my experience across my crafts to be open and connected to energy beyond myself/my mind. For growth to feel challenging yet supportive from the environment around me. I think that's why weaving crafts, creating desirable difficulties, and community support more sustainable growth for me. Allowing for energy beyond myself to extend my edges.

A “no button” kind of man

@Blair Vanderlugt hell yeah, let’s go! Dude, nailed the intro IMO too
Looking for some guidance.
Hey guys! I have been in paid coaching with Manu for the last 6 months. And a lot of growth and forward momentum has helped me gain grounding…. beyond my belief and understanding. But, a lot of stubbornness and unconscious things have come up. On my end. A lot of my personal protective mechanics have been in the way of growth. On my part. I have a few ideas of where I could go. But, I keep moving goal posts. I wouldn’t normally ask.. but, I could use some support in figuring out what I could personally work on in getting the best support from my time and money spent. I would like to really internally, spiritually and practically grow beyond my limitations this year and could use some brotherly help. I feel pretty exposed and embarrassed asking. But, I have a sincere motivation for change. if any of you have energy to help id appreciate the help so I could take it back to coaching to sharpen it into change. Thanks Reid George

Dude - I feel your power coming through with this call. I can totally relate to that uncertainty and for me, I trend towards self-loathing energy in those times that just feed into the endless doom-loop. I’ll drop you a message and happy to connect Monday or Tuesday next week
Enrolling in the Skool games together
Hi All - As a member in the community over the past few months and participant in 1:1 Ontological coaching (@Manu Vitae & @Reko Vitae ), I felt compelled to share the shift it's created in me. Video below on my experience with 1:1 coaching + community and group call participation. The incentive of a free 1:1 coaching session is super generous and potent. If you feel even the slightest pull to jump in to participate, I highly encourage you do to so head first. Change is born on the edge - I'll see you out there!

Poem - clearing rain
The season started to shift here in Austin, Texas this week (rain = winter here) and synchronistically found a poem I wrote during a rainstorm in Costa Rica. Sharing it below. Know most of you are further north so just read it in a colder manner and that should make it fit the season🙃
