Stf final day!
Today was great - started off with a 4.5 mile walk around the lake with a great friend, and then tennis at night. Also had book club on nonviolent communication which was awesome - I left feeling connected to the others in the group and like I learned a lot. Fitting that the book club was on the last day of the challenge!
Stf day 28 and 29
Ok! I think through this challenge I’m officially back to running somewhat respectably. I ran 3 miles this morning and it really wasn’t a big deal. Yesterday I played tennis with a friend and also am almost done with the NVC book. I’m applying things I learned in that book and having better conversations! Which is awesome.

Stf day 26
Woot! Woke up and did a 4 mile run and managed to run the whole time with negative splits. Super proud of getting back into shape. And I feel like I’m making a lot of progress with my mindset and turning into the person I want to be.

@Brian Diep I just did those the other day! Luckily shin splints aren’t something I have issues with. But sometimes my knees bc my glutes are hella tight 😭
Stf day 25 (and 24!)
Goal: do something active every day and focus on relationships (of all types) Progress: I did two strength training sessions this week, plus all my runs and tennis! It felt good. I also had really great conversations with friends and coworkers. I also set up two meetings and had them to explore psychology and business and potential routes at my current job, which is awesome. Plus, I’m meeting up with someone tomorrow to talk about going back to school to be a therapist. Changing my career wasn’t part of my original Stf challenge, but I’m happy to be progressing in that area regardless!

@Reema Rana that’s what I’m thinking! It’s been a long time desire (like 7 years haha) so I’m thinking it’s time to start making some progress.
Stf day 19-21
Needed a break from this for a few days! But I did manage my goal of being active every day, and today I ran 4 miles (side note the heat was killer this evening). I also got more into the nonviolent communication book and had some good conversations with friends over the last few days that were really inspiring. I’ll respond to comments / messages / tags tomorrow!
