@Jane Lovatt there actually is not, I did create my ai twin in many posts; that's the whole point of my little story above and the whole reason WHY I got stick in the group for people selling create and ai twin courses. I did create my ai twin to use it in posts. But for my niche that was a terrible mistake. there is no ai that supports this particular niche.

@Jane Lovatt some niches just need a high level of trust and the ai twins aren't the best fit for that
💡 Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: • I want to help remote workers fix neck pain • I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals • I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment 👇 Go to the Classroom → Start Here and continue with: Step 1 🧭 Pick Your Direction That’s where we’ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below 👇 Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian 🔥

@Brian O'Neill Okay thanks, well that is what happened then because I didn't tell it. 🙂 Here is what I originally had from Step 0, but then it gave me a different suggestion for the direction from the prompts in Step 1, but I ONLY gave it my personal transformation story. I did NOT tell it what my original idea was. Considering that, I guess it's actually pretty close to picking what I had?? But now I'm down past the Decision step. Step 0 I help financially responsible Gen X women who know how to budget but haven't built the savings and retirement they thought they would by this stage of life. I help financially responsible Gen X women bridge the gap between everyday budgeting and lasting financial security using the same repeatable savings system I've relied on for decades. Step 1 I help people who are trying to be responsible with money stop letting small amounts of available money disappear, so they can begin building lasting financial stability.

@Brian O'Neill I ran into a dead end on Step 3: Validate. I have a digital product. I don't have 10 people to email about it. I don't have a Skool group. I could make one but I have placed ads before and done several ads trainings and there is a LOT to making those simple ads work. So, I didn't go to Step 4. But I was right there with you before Step 3!
Just got off a call with Brian
I highly recommend getting on a call with Brian. I got clarity on how my community will evolve based on feedback from member calls. And of course I need members for that. So he helped me with ideas on getting members and how to approach them. Thanks Brian! PS - It was from a different group: YouTube to Skool but the same Brian. Interesting group. PPS - Did I mention there was no sales element to it. That was refreshing.

Hi David, what's your niche?

@David Hubbard that is so important! Have you heard of Bryan Johnson? He's an odd one, but flexibility & mobility are part of his top 5 aspects of exercise. I'm doing his program by picking group classes that help with the things he mentions, and my daughter just got her CPT so I'm her guinnea pig on weight training.
Coaching vs Courses vs Digital Products - Which One Fits YOUR Skills Best?
One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck is simple. They don’t know which type of online business actually fits them. So they spend months bouncing between ideas…trying a little coaching, watching a few course videos, testing a digital product…and never getting traction with any of them. Here’s the simplest way to think about the 3 most common online business models and how to know which one is right for YOU: 1️⃣ Coaching (1:1 or group) Best for you if you: - Like talking to people - Enjoy teaching or guiding step-by-step - Want the fastest path to your first customer - Don’t mind being on Zoom Avoid this if you hate being “on stage.” 2️⃣ Online Courses Best for you if you: - Prefer to teach once and let people learn on their own - Have a process you can break into steps - Want something scalable without adding more hours - Like creating videos or structured lessons Avoid this if you struggle to organize your thoughts. 3️⃣ Digital Products (PDFs, templates, guides) Best for you if you: - Want something simple and fast to launch - Prefer writing over talking - Have repeatable knowledge you can package - Don’t want to be on camera Avoid this if you want deep 1:1 interaction. 👇 POLL: Which one feels like the best fit for YOUR skills and personality? (Coaching / Courses / Digital Products) After you vote, drop a comment: What made you choose that option? I’ll reply and help you narrow it down.

I chose digital products because of them being the fastest to get going.

Why My 27th Business Attempt Worked (And The Other 26 Didn’t)
In 2019, I made a decision. Not a soft decision. Not a “let’s see how this goes.” Not a “I’ll try.” A decision. I told my wife out loud: “I am done letting fear, doubt, and my own self-limiting beliefs run my life.” Up until that point? I had started 26 different things. Different ideas. Different models. Different directions. Some made a little money. Most didn’t. All of them had one thing in common: I NEVER FULLY COMMITTED. Then I joined a $50,000 mastermind. I eventually upgraded into their $100K program. That’s insane money. And here’s the undeniable truth: The money didn’t change my life. The room didn’t change my life. The coaches didn’t change my life. The decision did. But here’s why attempt #27 worked when the other 26 didn’t: I picked ONE thing. One lane. One model. One focus. And I stayed. For 120 days straight I did the work. 50 calls a day. No bouncing. No “maybe this instead.” No new ideas. In 76 days, I signed my first deal. I lost that deal. Two weeks later, I signed another. 120 days after starting I collected a $7,000 check. It wasn’t about the money. It was proof. Nine months after that decision, I left my job. 18 months later, I was making 2.5x my corporate income. Was I smarter the 27th time? No. Was I more talented? No. Was I less scared? Absolutely not. I just stopped circling. That’s it. Most of you in here don’t need a better idea. You need to stop bouncing. You need a room. You need focus. You need someone who’s already done it. And you need to commit long enough to see proof. That’s what changed my life. Not motivation. Not strategy. Not hacks. Decision + focus + repetition. That’s it. P.S. 90-day sprint is live right now. It closes tomorrow at 10 p.m. Central. We starts March 1. If you want 90 days of forced focus, execution, and accountability... DM me or comment “ONE.” If you’re still circling… just be honest with yourself about that.

Oh how I wish that were true. I haven't bounced since September and all I'm doing is spending money on monthly subscriptions and classes to get the thing going and making zero money.

Does anyone know what the 90 day sprint is about? Because in thie VERY long message it wasn't mentioned.
