How did your week go?
Last Sunday I asked what the plans and goals of this week were... I am curious: Did you manage to stick with you goals and your plans? How was the week?

I managed to do my daily runs and meditations each morning so happy with that!

@Yordi Nolet yes. The running is my morning habit. Have bought meditations into it as well. I'm actually going to a 4day meditation retreat on Friday so looking forward to that. Im planning on doing your breathwork thats in the classroom tomorrow as well
I Lowered the level to unlock the course to level 2 🙂
I noticed that to become level 3 before unlocking the free course can be a bit much for some people. At the moment I am also in another community trying to unlock a challenge and I noticed myself how challenging it is to become level 3 - I am commenting on multiple posts, 3 mornings in a row already there and I am still somewhere level 2 😅 And for me it is pretty easy to be active and engaging everywhere, but I also realized that not everybody talks as much as I do, or as easy as I do in a new community which I totally understand. So, to make the free course more accessible, you can now unlock it from level 2 🙂 💪 I recorded the 3rd session already, only still need to edit it, so it will be uploaded soon!!

Excellent. I'll check it out
What are your goals and plans for coming week🎯??
I am just curious what everybody is up to. Do you have any goals or plans for next week? Maybe some opportunities for growth? Let us know, leave a comment below 🙂

For me it’s all about consistency this week, morning runs, a bit of strength, trying to keep up daily meditation and putting together some simple recovery stuff. Nothing fancy, just building it day by day.
What does Breathwork mean to you?🤔
I have a question here. If you hear the word breathwork, what do you think breathwork really is about? The reason I'm asking this is because I'm working a little bit on my messaging as I try to organically get more people in this community to grow and develop this community, but this morning I was talking with one of our members. She told me that a lot of people have a very different view on breathwork and different expectations, that maybe a lot of people don't really know what breathwork is about what its purpose is. So I'm curious here: What is your view on breathwork? What does it mean to you? When you learn breathwork, what do you expect to gain from it? Have a great day. Breathe well. Namaste. 🙏

Good question. For me, breathwork is really about mindfulness and staying balanced. It helps me settle and keep things in check day to day. I think everyone comes at it differently though. Some people are drawn to it because it’s popular right now, without really knowing why. Others are looking for something deeper, or just a way to slow down. There’s no one-size-fits-all with it.
What is the thing you are struggling with most doing Breathwork??😫
Often for me, it is still the challenge to stay in the here and now, to stay focused on the breathing and sink into this deeper level of consciousness, because I keep getting ideas, I keep planning my days, and I always have these thoughts like, "I have to remember to do this or to write down that so I don't forget it."🤣... So I have a very busy mind, and it's all positive thoughts these days. 🍀 however, that makes that often, not always, I'm still having a hard time really being in the here and now and really focusing on the present moment. What's Your's?

Yeah I get that. For me it’s not so much stopping the thoughts anymore, it’s more catching when I’ve drifted and gently coming back to the breath. Some days the mind is busy, some days it’s quiet. I’ve learnt not to fight that too much. The moment you notice you’ve wandered is kind of the practice. I also find the body helps. Feeling the breath rather than thinking about it. Takes me out of the head a bit. I think what you’re experiencing is pretty normal

@Jose Montanez Yeah I like that. For me what helped was using Insight Timer as it tracks your streak. The yang side of me doesn’t want to lose that streak, so I show up every day. Some days it’s 10 mins, some days an hour. Over time it just becomes part of your lifestyle… and then part of you
