being left out..
i’m having a tough time with my son (and kind of in a way, my husband and i) being left out of a few things with his friends.. i know part of it is just my mama heart hurting because i don’t want him hurt.. but what would the deeper piece be to that? what am i doing/saying to myself that feeling left out/being excluded is pointing to? thanks for any input!

Olivia I have meant to respond 5 different t times and keep getting distracted! I totally feel this post- my momma heart would be hurting too! Kids are SO great at getting our attention with reflections. Since you’re feeling triggered, to figure out where you’re feeling it the most ask yourself why it’s bothering you, which you did a great job saying you feel like he’s missing out on opportunities. But going deeper and asking why again? Why does it bother you that he’s missing out on these things? Get it down as far as you can and then ask where you’re doing that same thing to yourself ❤️

struggling with weight loss despite trying everything?
What continues to blow my mind is that people are *still* out there giving 'one size fits all' advice...when we are anything BUT. As a Medical Intuitive & Diagnostician who has the ability to literally energetically see inside the body -- I can't even begin to describe how bio-individual we all are. For example - weight loss. You'll see countless influencer's touting that it's ... > this magical work out routine (bc it worked for their body) > counting calories or this diet or that (again bc it worked for their body) > and plenty of people sharing that its a stuck nervous system. However, when I intuitively look in the formula and patterning to allow true, sustainable weight loss ... it's never the same. 👀 We can't shout from the rooftop 'this is the way' when you aren't taking into account each person's specific past, limiting beliefs, emotional states, and the way they nourish and move their body. Weight loss doesn't have to be gimmicky, unsustainable, or trial and erroring a million times to find what works for you. Struggling with making it a daily practice working on my emotional ingredients 🙃 Sticking to it. And how to “correct” the negative body image thoughts when they come through. I now am so much more aware of the thoughts when they happen- but totally blank at how to respond to the critical thought.

@Maggie Wendt YES! I have totally given up on the “get up an hour before your kids!” advice 🤣 I tried for so many years to be “that mom”. Now I sleep until 8:30 while they play in their room for the first two hours of the day and I love it! 🙌🏻😆
What is something intuition has called you out on?
As I was drifting off to sleep last night, I remembered the days that I would use castor oil packs around my stomach, lol. Every year or so, I intuitively look in to see if I get another answer, but my intuition is always like *HARD NO*. Like, 6% no. 🙈 It had me laughing! It's so funny to see the different things I did because it was trending (or there was even research to back it up) but intuition continually calls me out on the daily and lets me know it's not actually beneficial for *my body*. 🤪 I'm curious -- have you guys had any realizations like this? LOL

I was channeling with my higher self why I felt sooo stuck with my weight loss, I kept digging for more answers but was getting blocked and I just felt sooo stuck/ defeated. When I channeled to ask what I was missing my higher self spoke SO clearly and said “YOU HAVENT DONE WHAT MAGGIE TOLD YOU YET” and when I went back and listened I had totally forgotten the action steps/ingredients I was supposed to be working on first because they felt so simple. My higher self was like stop trying to learn more more more and go back and do the BASICS 😆😂

@Sara Misner you inspired me to go through a bunch of my products this weekend! I was happily surprised that quite a few of them were high 90s. And the ones I had a hunch weren’t, I was right about those too! It’s always fun to realize you were reading the energy before you consciously thought to do it ❤️
