I dont know what category this should be in
In my head I know i need to catch up and complete day 2's breathwork but I think im experiencing burnout right now. I've just been continously entertaining the grandkids all day, I feel i just need some quiet time and sleep. Please dont misunderstand, I absolutely love and adore them, and in the past, when I visit them after a stressful day or week, the usual effect is that the stress just melts away, so I don't understand why I'm feeling this overwhelmed. I did get fresh air, sunshine, warm-to-cold shower, but no protein, in fact not much of an appetite except for craving carbs🤷🏻♀️ I also had to clean up after my dog's indoor accident, which was not pleasant 😐. Perhaps i should've restarted at step one after that 😔 to recharge the depleted dopamine 🙃 Well, its time for bed now anyway. Tomorrow is a new day for new beginnings 🙏❤️🩹
