I was so exited about the focus Reset this morning!!! I woke up and took a 🥶 cold 🚿 shower!!! And in this 🔥 🥵 heat it felt great and the idea of having dopamine for longer time this morning after the shower got me even more exited!!!! So I'm riding my free dopamine wave and I'm about to hit the next dopamine spike with my eggs and vegetables 😋 😎 👌

2 things -no clue what I did wrong, but I didn't manage to get to the pro version installed regular version for yesterday since it was late and I was super tired. -I discovered a major bug, but as not to "tempt" others I definitely don't want to say/post that here. I already gave my feedback to Opal about the issue, but it would be great if you could also let them know please so they fix that @Melody Vi 🙏🏽💚 🤲🏽 thanks you guys 💖

In my head I know i need to catch up and complete day 2's breathwork but I think im experiencing burnout right now. I've just been continously entertaining the grandkids all day, I feel i just need some quiet time and sleep. Please dont misunderstand, I absolutely love and adore them, and in the past, when I visit them after a stressful day or week, the usual effect is that the stress just melts away, so I don't understand why I'm feeling this overwhelmed. I did get fresh air, sunshine, warm-to-cold shower, but no protein, in fact not much of an appetite except for craving carbs🤷🏻‍♀️ I also had to clean up after my dog's indoor accident, which was not pleasant 😐. Perhaps i should've restarted at step one after that 😔 to recharge the depleted dopamine 🙃 Well, its time for bed now anyway. Tomorrow is a new day for new beginnings 🙏❤️‍🩹

Just finished my first section of Week 1 and realised the thing I keep saying is "missing" is something I actually named three times without noticing - movement and being outdoors. Turns out my procrastination isn't laziness. It's me opting out of things before I can be disappointed by them. And my occasion 'temper flares' towards my husband isn't about him

Day 2! Better late than never
Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the "mess" and curiosity I loved as a kid became the exact things I learned to hide behind perfectionism and overachieving. Turns out the version of me trying to prove I'm not a failure and the version that just wants to celebrate brushing my teeth are the same person. It’s okay to be me and I’m still the same as I was. Anyone who doesn’t like me doesn’t have to be part of my life!
