This is a real thing I'm working on........ I need to tell you about it!

With my first paid community that I "unofficially" opened the doors to in December, I started with 4 people that converted right out of a weekend of workshops, and had maybe 8 or 9 by the end of the week. By the time we officially started our first coaching sequence in February, we had maybe 15 paid members and I'd made my first $5K on Skool. With my free community that I opened as part of a challenge in the first community I joined on Skool to get 30 free members in 30 days, I opened it on January 1, invited people that had already bought from me through CSV on January 2, and had 30 members in about 30 hours. We had 100 by the end of the month! We're just above 200 now, but I haven't been strategizing for growth as I am unclear the function I want this group to serve. My high ticket learning cohort community (less coaching, more teaching how to build and grow a profitable change work project or social impact business) is opening on October 1, and it has its first member with about 4 others in the process of closing. These days, most of my members upsell or move laterally from one offer to another. I don't have the most robust organic lead source yet, though YouTube is in process. I'll be leveraging LinkedIn for the time being since that's my most warm and reliable audience.
