The grief wall finally hit (if you’re new here, my mom just passed in October) and yesterday I was just not able to get out of bed. 💔 Today almost started to head that direction but as the sun started coming out I decided to take my dog for a walk and have fun with the ChatGPT prompt going around FB. 🥳 Exercise, sunshine, and feeling pretty definitely helped! 🤩 What do you do to turn things around for yourself or acts of self love you give yourself? Today is my birthday. And if I’m being honest, more has gone wrong than right.Some days the bad feels heavier than the good. But even in that, I keep choosing forward. I’m building anyway. Dreaming anyway. Showing up anyway. That’s part of why I started my M.Ed.—with the hope of one day creating something meaningful for single moms. My journey, the constant choice of my kids over myself, and seeing how many of us are quietly carrying so much… all of it fuels that vision. I know real change starts within.
