The past two weeks have been filled with learning, practice, and preparation. Today was the final test—and it demanded even more than I expected! It was intense, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. Every experience like this reminds me that growth happens when we're willing to stretch beyond what's comfortable. But this was really "a lot of unnecessary mishaps" ! Now it's time to get back on track... with a different kind of focus. Tonight, I'll be speaking at The Space to Breathe Retreat (rescheduled from June to July), where I'll be guiding The 15-Minute Mental Reset: From Overwhelmed to Centered—a gentle session using breathwork, grounding, and simple practices to help create a moment of calm and clarity. After two weeks of intense mental effort, the timing couldn't be more fitting. Here's to continuous learning, intentional pauses, and finding balance along the way. 🌿
