Busy week this week with my bride having surgery this morning, my sister surprised me and came into town to celebrate my birthday, and to visit my sister’s and her daughter’s grave sites. Plus a work load and taking care of the wife after surgery, also taking care of our grandson, then visiting with my sister. These coming weeks have significant challenges ; both of my parent past away and their anniversary is on July 6th, my birthday July 7th, my orders sister past away a year ago from illness and my niece killed in auto accident a little over a year ago. I say all this to say, gentlemen it’s easy to get overwhelmed and go to get bogged down. You have too learned that there are things in life you cannot control, but you can control how you responded to them. Learning to respond to situations and not react in anger is something we as gentlemen men to learn, and practice . Enjoy life; live, love, and laugh.

Be aware of what you allow yourself to feel, think, and act toward other people. You will get exactly that back. This is not inclusive to just what you say publicly or on Instagram … but what you feel/think internally in your heart is what you will always get back.
