Cagrilintide and acetic acid?
Does Cagri need acetic acid? I read posts on other forums where people used acetic acid to maintain pH at 4 to avoid gelling and prevent "invisible fibriles" which can ruin research. To make it even more confusing - two different AI GPT tools gave polar opposite information wrt requirement of acid buffer. I want to know from the experts who deal in this peptide's chemistry @Michael Kenny

@Sassy Gurl C Common consensus seems - this is a synthetic molecule and been altered to stay stable than its natural counterpart. But it's best to test pH, use in short time (weeks, not months), and discard at any sign of deterioration or pH change. Not very simple like other GLPs. Wish this was known before. I still would like an authoritative verdict from @Michael Kenny

@Sassy Gurl C FYI the BAC only reconned solution pH sat around 4.5, not more than 5. Didn't add acetic acid.
