If we had to pick one of the three that would succeed right now, which one would you pick? I’ll tell you what my opinions are at the end, but I am curious what you think 1 content If you choose content, then that will be a kind of long tail, viral, influencer, kind of game Some people will join your community from the content, but not necessarily Some people may pay you for digital products or coaching or an event, but maybe not But it is true if there was no content, even a comment is in a way micro content. Then there would be no relationship. All of our relationships are built from micro amounts of content to each other 2 community If community is your God then you have to sacrifice immediate sales and putting all your time to make a viral content You really have to pick one of the three as your primary focus. In my opinion you can divide your time up into all three but I think. You’re better off getting laser focused on one more than the other two. If community is your focus, then you are sacrificing immediate sales and virality in order to hold space for people and support the group. It’s just frustrating when they don’t pay you and they just want your free energy. 3 clients If clients is your God, then you sacrifice community building and you don’t even necessarily have to make content Then cold DM’s are the fastest way to get money and clients Assuming your content is not getting a lot of hits and interactions My take: I’ve studied a few eight figure coaches and they’ve said that community should be number one first Because community shows you what kind of content people wants to engage with And community will pay you the greatest. It just takes the longest eventually to get that LTV. And you certainly can also get clients from community, but it’s a slower process because you’re not gonna immediately pitch people I think you go community first and then do your absolute best to get full-time income from clients who join your community Then take your profits and immediately invest into content coaches
