aside from 8 'guru' mega huge groups well 2 of them are like 'classifieds' groups (kinda boring tbh everyone just doing promos) this makes me really think about branding today what exactly am i attracted to in a leader and group? i wrote this in my notes Interesting Cool Successful Popular Cute/relatable Blue Yellow/red Pink i've been thinking a lot about brand today the long term play is have a huge brand/following; content pushes so hard that it pulls in all the opt-ins you no longer do outreach at this level unless it's high level collabs/interviews/masterminds so we are transitioning out of a raw sales/outbound strat to eventually a content/marketing/influencer strat i will STILL have a sales team; setters; affiliates sales is vital; in high ticket agency work but the brand itself is pulling; then you close on those who opt in anyway tmrw i will start slicing thru these guru size groups a page at a time in the mean time i am looking for smaller/niche groups i'll go back into discovery page mode what's gonna pull me in? personal development probably the most spirituality/relationships are interesting but not necessarily 'qualified' business groups could have some leads but admins of business groups are more on edge lol if ur competing with them honestly you could just get so good at posting magnets that you don't even have to do outreach soon enough anyway that's probably enough for today; see u tmrw morning

Most of the time it’s just the fear of failing and getting rejected. So we stay in a comfortable little bubble where we never really go all in. Just dipping the toes in. Everyone does it. Well I’m still working on the back end. Well I’m still putting it all together. You don’t LAUNCH cuz when you launch you are DECLARING to the world: I’m going for it. I’m hitting it HARD. See it’s impossible to fail if you never truly start. So it’s easy to get stuck in limbo. Never starting. Never finishing. For those who already have started… It’s just about optimizing our content; daily outreach; then closing the calls once we are consistently booking them. Wanna do a collab or mastermind call?
