Sharing one option for how I reconstitute peptides when using a research pen.
This is a longer video, but I kept it in real time so you can actually see how long the process takes from start to finish. I personally like taking the extra step from the beginning so I’m able to use a research pen for every injection. Once it’s set up this way, I feel like it saves time moving forward. Some people prefer to just use a new syringe each time and draw directly from the vial, which works perfectly fine too. Everyone tends to have their own system. For me, I’ve just found that setting it up this way from the start ends up being the easiest and most efficient method long term. Just sharing what works for me in case it helps someone else learning the process. If you have questions after watching, feel free to drop them below. Educational purposes only — not medical advice.

Where do you find a peptide calculator?
✨💕 FRIDAY FIT CHECK 💕✨
OK, your turn! This doesn’t have to be peptide-related at all. I want to hear your wins this week 👇 🏋️‍♀️ Did you hit a new PR? 🥗 Stayed consistent with nutrition? 🚶‍♀️ Finally hit your step goal? 😴 Prioritized sleep? 🧬 Started a new protocol? 💧 Drank your water? Let’s celebrate the little things because they add up. ❤️ Here’s my Friday Fit Check: 📍 January 2025: 143 lbs💗 Breast explant surgery that honestly kickstarted my health journey. 📍 February 2026: 130 lbs 🚶‍♀️ 10,000+ steps daily 🍽️ Small calorie deficit Nothing fancy… just consistency. 📍 March 2026: 🧬 Introduced Tirz and eventually switched to Retatrutide at 0.5mg and slowly titrated up to 1.5mg. 📍 Today: 120 lbs Current research: 🧬 Ipamorelin 150mcg 🧬 SS-31 4mg daily 🧬 KPV 250mcg daily 🧬 BPC-157 250mcg daily 🧬 Testosterone 🧬 B12 🧬 Tapering Retatrutide back down to 0.5mg while deciding whether a very low dose long-term makes sense for longevity benefits. Past lessons: 🧬 Tesamorelin was amazing at 250mcg… but increasing the dose gave me an instant 6–8 lbs of water retention, so my body quickly reminded me that more isn’t always better. 😅 Coming soon: ⚡ MOTS-C 3mg Monday/Wednesday/Friday starting in about 3 weeks 👀 Looking into 5-Amino as well. My ride-or-dies :📊 Renpho scanner (weekly trends > scale weight) 🚶‍♀️ 10–15k steps daily 🏋️‍♀️ Weight training 5x/week (obsessed with the WeRise app!) 🍗 120–130g protein daily 🍽️ Around 1,800 calories 💪 Creatine 💊 Daily supplements Current goals: ✨ Build muscle ✨ Improve body composition ✨ Get my ferritin up from a 9 after 2 months it’s now a 26 ✨ Continue focusing on longevity and feeling my absolute best. Your turn! Tell me one thing you’re proud of this week—big or small. I want to celebrate with you! 🎉❤️

Currently trying to keep my calories up to 1800 after seeing I have been under eating for too long and killed my metabolism. Started Tesamorelin two weeks ago and my visceral fat dropped by two.
🧠✨ Today’s Peptide Deep Dive: SELANK ✨🧠
This is actually one I’m really excited about because it’ll be my first time researching an intranasal peptide. Normally, I stick to either oral supplements or injectables, so this will be completely new territory for me. I’ve heard and read so many positive things about Selank over the years that I finally decided it’s time to see what all the hype is about. Some of the things I’m hoping to support in this next phase are: 🩷 Better stress resilience😌 Less feeling of being “on edge”🧠 Improved focus and mental clarity😴 Better quality sleep✨ More emotional balance without feeling sedated What really caught my attention is that people often describe it as feeling more like the “best version of themselves” rather than feeling like they’re taking something. And since I’m always looking for ways to optimize while still feeling like me, that definitely intrigued me. As always, I’ll be sharing my honest experience along the way—good, bad, or completely uneventful. 😂 So tell me… have you researched Selank before? If so, was it worth the hype? 👇💕

What lab did you order from? And does it come in a nasal spray or do you have to mix it and get a spray bottle?
🧬 It’s been a while, so let’s do a little check-in!
A lot has changed over the last few months, and I know we have quite a few new members, so here’s where I’m currently at 👇 🎯 Current Goals • Build lean muscle • Support healthy aging & longevity • Improve mitochondrial health & energy • Maintain results without constantly chasing a lower number on the scale 📊 Current Stats• Weight: ~120-122 lbs • Originally set a goal of 127 lbs and surpassed it • Focused on recomposition, not weight loss • Recently gained lean muscle while lowering body fat • Visceral fat remains very low at 1 • Learning to pay more attention to body composition than scale weight 🧬 Current Protocol • Tapering off Reta after reaching goal weight • Ipamorelin: finishing current cycle at 150mcg • BPC-157: 250mcg daily • KPV: 250mcg daily • B12 support ⚡ Upcoming Protocol • SS-31 • MOTS-C • Resume NAD+ after break • Focus heavily on mitochondrial support, recovery, energy, and metabolic efficiency 🍽️ Current Nutrition• ~2,000 calories daily • 120g+ protein daily • 100-150oz water daily • Electrolytes daily • Prioritizing whole foods and protein first 🏋️‍♀️ Current Activity • 10,000-15,000 steps daily • Weight training 5-6x per week • Sauna 6x per week for 30 minutes • Focusing on consistency over perfection 💡 Biggest thing I’ve learned recently: As I’ve tapered off Retatrutide, I’ve definitely noticed my appetite increasing. Thankfully, I’ve spent the last several months building a strong foundation with protein intake, strength training, hydration, electrolytes, and daily movement. That foundation has made a huge difference. I can absolutely see how people can rebound after coming off appetite-supporting protocols if those habits aren’t already in place. Finding the lowest effective dose was also incredibly important for me. Since I was using Retatrutide primarily for inflammation support rather than weight loss, my dose stayed very low, which I believe has made the transition easier. I also learned a lot during a recent bout of digestive issues. I temporarily removed several supplements and peptides while troubleshooting. After slowly reintroducing things, Ipamorelin, KPV, BPC-157, NAD+, and B12 didn’t appear to cause any problems. Since I was already near the end of my Tesamorelin cycle, I chose not to add it back in.

I heard BPC 157 and TB 500 might be beneficial.

I was micro-dosing Tirz, but lost all appetite. I was told to half the dose, but still don’t ever feel “hungry “

I haven’t. I’ve heard some people combine Tirz & Reta. Why would they do that if they’re both for weight loss?
