One question. How do you figure out what and when you can add and stack peptides? I take Tesamorelin 5 on 2 off per week and SLU-PP 332 twice a day. Is there somewhere to guide me on this? I hate to keep bothering you with questions. Thank you so much for taking time to answer them.
Briana’s Vision Journey: Commotion Retinae with SS-31 and Mots-C
Back in December of 2022, Briana took a soccer ball directly to the eye during a game. What we thought was just a scary accident turned into something much bigger. After seeing specialists, she was diagnosed with commotio retina in her right eye. During all the testing, we also found out that both of her retinas were thinning, which led to a laser procedure in both eyes designed to create scar tissue and help reinforce the weakened areas in an effort to prevent further thinning or future retinal complications. Since that day, her vision has never been the same. In her injured eye, she has a large dark blur right in the center of her vision. She can only see around it using her peripheral vision. And even in that remaining vision, she constantly dealt with floaters all day long. What’s even crazier is her “good” eye wasn’t really good either. It also had floaters, and every doctor basically told us the same thing… there wasn’t really a treatment, cure, or fix. As a mom, that’s a hard thing to hear. So over the years, I’ve tried just about everything. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, special glasses, eye drops, vitamins, supplements, acupuncture, holistic therapies… you name it. Nothing ever seemed to make a difference. But if there’s one thing I’ve always admired about Briana, it’s that she never let any of this define her. She never used it as an excuse. Not once. She never sat around feeling sorry for herself or complaining about how unfair it was. In fact, most people would never even know anything was wrong. It didn’t change how she looked. It wasn’t something anyone could see when they looked at her. I honestly think that helped her. She stayed positive through all of it. She kept playing sports, kept living her life, kept moving forward, and just adapted to the reality she was given. Then I entered my peptide era. After seeing how much peptides helped me with inflammation, recovery after surgery, energy, and overall health, I started asking questions. I asked ChatGPT if there were any studies, clinical trials, or research programs involving commotio retina. It pointed me toward a few things to look into, but I also asked it to think outside the box.

🧬 Came across this post and it explains this perfectly…
🧬 Came across this post and it explains this perfectly… Peptides are tools — not magic. And I feel like this is where a lot of people get it wrong. If you’re not putting in the actual work and building a solid foundation, peptides aren’t going to do what you think they will. They can support things like: ✨ recovery ✨ metabolism ✨ inflammation ✨ hormone signaling ✨ cellular health But they don’t replace the basics. Because here’s the truth 👇 If your: • nutrition isn’t dialed in • movement is inconsistent • sleep is off • hormones aren’t balanced 👉 peptides won’t fix that for you And even more important… If you rely on them without building those habits, once you stop…you’ll likely go right back to where you started. 💡 What peptides actually are: ✔️ Support tools ✔️ Enhancers ✔️ Optimizers 🚫 What they are NOT: ❌ Quick fixes ❌ Replacements for discipline ❌ “Take this and everything changes” The goal should always be: 👉 Build the foundation FIRST 👉 Then use peptides to enhance and accelerate your progress That’s where they actually shine. 🎥 This video explains it really well: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DX5cmfdNmS3/?igsh=Y2FqNTZwMjY4bTZu 👇 Be honest… did you think peptides were more of a “quick fix” before learning more about them?

Serious question here. I’ve heard people say they consume anywhere from 1800-2100 calories/day. Do you eat several small meals or 3 large meals with a protein snack if needed? Does your appetite increase that much with all the workouts?
🚨 Switching it up today — no peptides! 🚨

🔬 Daily Peptide Deep Dive: Tesamorelin vs Ipamorelin
If you’re newer to peptides, these two get mentioned together a lot — but they actually work very differently. Tesamorelin (Tesa) This peptide signals your brain to release more of your own natural growth hormone. It’s best known for helping reduce visceral fat (the deeper abdominal fat around organs). Because it stimulates growth hormone production, people sometimes notice improvements in body composition, metabolism, and skin quality. Ipamorelin (IPA) Ipamorelin works a bit differently. It mimics the hormone ghrelin, which triggers growth hormone pulses in the body. Many people use it for recovery, sleep quality, muscle repair, and overall GH support. The simple way to think about it: • Tesamorelin → tells the brain to produce more growth hormone • Ipamorelin → triggers growth hormone pulses When used together, some people stack them to support a stronger natural GH response, but everyone’s tolerance can be different — especially with dosing adjustments. As always, understanding what each peptide actually does before stacking anything is key. 💬 Have you tried either one? Or both together? What was your experience?
