If You’re Not Posting More, You’re Falling Behind
I wanted to share Alex Hormozi's email letter about content, which I thought was really good. The moral of the story is post more to get more attention; that's who's gonna win in 2026! Mozi Minute: Find a way to post more Right now, the businesses that are going to win in 2026 are the ones that can get the most attention. It doesn't matter whether you're a local electrician or you have a cloud-based enterprise software or you have an e-commerce store. And with the way media works today, you can do that in two ways: 1. You can earn it with organic content. 2. You can pay for it. But there's a nasty little catch with paying for it: Which is you have to test creative to figure out which stuff works. That can be very expensive...Which then means that, especially as the platforms evolve, they want their ads to be more similar to good content...Which aligns the platform's objectives with the business's objectives of making good creative. That means that now you just need to make a lot of creative to even have a successful advertising campaign. If that is reality...Then you might as well post a ton of that same creative as content, see which ones do well, and then take the ones that do well and put money behind it. I don't know how I can say this differently...But right now, if you do not have a strategy to dramatically increase the amount of content that your business is creating, you will fall behind. Your ad dollars won't go as far, and you will get zero paid organic growth. This is the future of how marketing is being done. The businesses that understand how to make the most amount of content across different customer segments are the ones that are going to win.

📌 New Training! Recommended Install: My Notion Setup
This is not part of the official 72-hour activation. But if you want this community to work better for you, I highly recommend installing this early. I recorded a Loom walking through the exact Notion setup I use to run my businesses, and I’m giving you the template. Not a simplified version. The actual setup. If you click the link below, it will import directly into your Notion account, and then the training will show you how to actually use it. Inside, you’ll get a structure for things like: - daily / weekly tasks - projects - brainstorming - content planning - meeting and call notes - KPI tracking - SOPs / trainings / saved frameworks Why this matters: A lot of people join communities like this and still keep everything in their head. That usually creates: - scattered thinking - dropped follow-up - unclear priorities - random notes everywhere - and a lot of unnecessary pressure This setup helps fix that. It gives you one place to: - see what matters - organize what you’re building - keep notes in the right place - prep content faster - track your numbers - and stop relying on memory That’s the real win. Less chaos.More visibility.More leverage. If you want to use it: 1. Import the template 2. Watch the Loom 3. Start with one section 4. Comment below with what you’re using first If you get stuck, comment below or DM me and I’ll help you work through it. I actually want you to use this. Not just save it. Link to import + training: Notion Template Link Let’s build.

@Gilbert Urbina I cannot thank you enough for this training, and all your posts (although I haven't ready all of them...yet, and some I need to re-read and rewatch). I have spent the last two days creating my Notion dashboard because of this video and...OMG i want to cry tears of happiness because I have finally been able to park my ideas somewhere. I had dabbled within this app before but when I saw your video I went full throttle. See snippet of my page...and here's my high level summary...Tonight was honestly a huge breakthrough for me. Biggest takeaways:• shifted from random productivity tools into building an intentional ecosystem• created a centralized command center for business, content, leadership, and life alignment• built AI agents focused on strategy, meeting intelligence, content repurposing, email management, and weekly planning• realized my biggest bottleneck is not ideas, it’s reducing mental clutter and decision fatigue• moved away from “content creation” and toward building a long-term thought leadership ecosystem• built systems around emotional intelligence, sustainability, and clarity instead of hustle culture• created infrastructure for hooks, stories, voice notes, client breakthroughs, frameworks, and speaking ideas• started organizing my business around intellectual property and repeatable insight extraction• learned the difference between useful automation and overengineering• biggest mindset shift: the goal is not more AI, it’s fewer mental tabs open Overall, tonight felt less like setting up software and more like building a strategic support system for the next version of my life and business. I still have a ton of stuff to compile and organize but this is HUGE for me. soo grateful! Thank you. PS as I mentioned earlier...I need to see someone do it before everything unlocks. More vids please and thank you.
Speed Upgrade: Wispr AI Is A Game Changer
I’ve been using Wispr for about a week. It’s been a real upgrade. Not a flashy tool. Not revolutionary. Just speed. Here’s what it does: You assign a custom key on your keyboard. Press it. Talk. It types wherever your cursor is. That’s it. But that “that’s it” is powerful. I’ve been using it to move between: • Text messages • Executive Chat rooms • CRM follow-up • Emails • Website copy • Notes Anywhere you can type, it works. The difference isn’t accuracy. It’s velocity. I don’t context switch to think about typing. I just think out loud. Push the button. Talk. Release. Done. It removes friction between thought and output. For operators running multiple systems, that matters. I’ll likely move to the $15/month plan. There’s a 14-day trial. If speed is a bottleneck for you, test it. Not sponsored. Just sharing what’s improving my workflow right now. If you try it, post what you’re using it for. Let’s keep upgrading the stack. Here the link down below: Wispr

One of the most underused ways to get better AI output: screenshots.
A lot of people are still using AI like it can read their mind. It can’t. If you want better output, better advice, better direction, and better decision support… give it more context. One of the easiest ways to do that: Screenshot what you’re looking at. Your: - CRM - landing page - calendar - Notion board - funnel - email sequence - analytics - ad manager - sales pipeline - bio - classroom setup Whatever it is. If AI can actually see what you’re seeing, it can help you a lot better. That’s something I use all the time. Because instead of trying to explain: “Hey, my CRM is kind of messy and I’m not sure what to do…” I can just screenshot it and say: - what do you notice? - what’s unclear? - what should I fix first? - where’s the friction? - how would you organize this? That changes everything. Same with: - landing pages - ad results - content boards - follow-up flows - scheduling setups It’s one of the fastest ways to get more useful output because now the AI has actual visual context. Not just your rough explanation. A lot of times the gap in AI output isn’t the tool. It’s the input. And screenshots are one of the easiest ways to close that gap. So if you’re stuck on something and want better help from AI: stop trying to explain everything perfectly. Just screenshot the thing and let it look with you. Simple. High leverage. Very underused. Let’s build.

Yep, I do this..especially cuz sometimes a pic is worth a thousand words and it easier to show then tell.
If You’re Not Learning AI Right Now, You’re Going To Fall Behind.
Just listened to a solid Alex Hormozi episode on AI, and the main point was pretty clear: AI-forward businesses are going to win. Not later. Now. Here is the episode. And the gap is only going to get wider between people who: - learn how to use it - build it into their workflow - and treat it like a real business skill vs the people who keep putting it off. That part hit. Because I think a lot of people still look at AI like: - a cool tool - a trend - something to mess with later - or something only tech people need to worry about That’s the wrong mindset. AI is quickly becoming a real business advantage. Not just for content. For: - workflow - speed - decision-making - automation - communication - organization - leverage Alex was basically saying:if you’re not learning the skills now, you’re going to lose to the people who are. And I agree. Because the people who are leaning into AI right now are learning: - how to think with it - how to build with it - how to save time with it - how to turn it into output - how to make themselves and their business more efficient That matters. A lot. This is one of those moments where it’s probably better to be early and messy than late and polished. You do not need to master everything today. But you do need to start. Start learning the tools. Start learning the workflows. Start learning how to ask better questions. Start finding where it can actually help your business. Because this is not slowing down. And the people who build this skill now are going to have a real edge moving forward. If you’ve been putting AI off, I wouldn’t wait much longer. Let’s build.

I agree. It has its perks and drawbacks but there’s always a learning curve. As soon as you think iof it as a partnership, and an opportunity to help you grow, it will. I’m learning so much much about myself and how to run a business and client needs by investing my time with the tools. I couldn’t think of a better way to learn. AI will take you as far as you need it go…let that land. You have the power to create your future. Let’s build. ✨
