Anyone up, need help quickly !!!
Hey guys I just cold called someone and I have a call with him in 2hrs. I'm not clear on what happens after the bot takes the details. Also, what do I do when he says, what is the immediate next step to onboard. I know I can go to the classroom but right now I don't have time to learn, I just need someone to tell me as I will be talking to him soon and I'm still cold calling to reach my quoter for the morning. If anyone can help that would be great.

Hi Karlene, happy to help. Once bot takes the details it can add them the CRM, then trigger whatever workflow you have in place (speed to lead, send a calendar invite by SMS or email). The bot can even book an appointment there and then if the calendar is synced. For your call this morning I would ask then how they'd like it to work; and just say YES, WE CAN DO THAT. We can always worry about the tech later 😀 Hope this helps.

One other thing. Also ask them about their Average Order Value and their Customer Lifetime Value (if there is one). That way, you can charge a set-up fee of whatever the average order value is. I noted that from one of Jeff's vids and prospects don't seem to bat an eye lid at that.
Last LIVE Bot Build This Friday
This Friday (03.06.26) at 1pm CST I’m doing my last Live Bot Build for a while... Jeff and I are tightening up the community and planning the next wave of resources, so I’m pausing these for a bit while we work behind the scenes. So if you’ve never attended a live bot build… this is the one to show up for. During the session I’ll be: • Building a Voice AI bot and Conversational AI bot from start to finish • Showing exactly how I would set up a brand new client account • Walking through the structure, logic, and how everything connects inside GHL Yes, you can watch the replays. But the replays are never as good as being there live where you can see the thinking, ask questions, and watch it happen in real time. If you’ve been meaning to join one… this is the one. See you Friday at 1pm CST.

Hi @Charles Guerra UK timings for your live builds are always a bit tough for me due to family (and dog) commitments, but I do watch and love the Replays, so thank you. Your time, passion and knowledge is very much appreciated. I smile a lot at your delivery too 🙏

@Charles Guerra That would be amazing 🤩 Not sure what the other guys in our green and not so pleasant land think, but around 4pm or 4.30pm UK time - an hour before close of play - would be ideal for me. Appreciate the kind offer as I realise you may still be in your dressing gown 😂
Clone your voice
Hello everyone! I’ve been hearing about ai agents using your own voice. Does anyone have the skinny on this? What software (ex 11 labs), what’s the process to add your voice to your bot?

All. Regarding ElevenLabs, what pricing package would you recommend to get started?

@Nicki Thomas Will do. Just looking at ElevenLabs pricing page. What do you want to achieve with ElevenLabs technology?
Knowify question for the group
I have an electrical contractor client who wants two separate calendars. One for service calls and one for site visit quotes. They use Knowify for project management and is asking if possible to connect everything through Zapier. I told them to keep it simple and use Google Calendar as the hub since GHL connects to it natively. But now the question is whether GHL can route to two different calendars cleanly. Can the AI book a service call on one calendar and a quote request on another based on what the lead says? Has anyone set this up before? Does it work well or does it get messy?

From my understanding @Kevin R. you can have as many calendars in one sub-account as is needed. I think I have three or four in mine. It does start to get confusing though, especially when you have a single user or users assigned to the same calendar. I've got in to a bit of bother there myself. @Craig Cameron may be able to offer more here.
Two Steps Forward. One Step Back... That's Called the Cha Cha!!
It's never a linear path forward. I had a couple of setbacks in the past week or so, but new opportunities shine through. My first sale wasn't... yet! They they asked for an invoice and knew the numbers. Since then, they haven't replied, even though I've tried calling and emailing. I'm planning on going to their office tomorrow to get an answer one way or the other. Lesson... Get the deposit at the meeting. Second... The BNI chapter that I applied for rejected my application. Their loss. HMMM That's two steps backward... BUT... This week... the wins. 1. I am closing a GHL account with 2 months free and a healthy ongoing. This will be a big client long-term, with full CRM functionality. 2. I met a grant consultant who NEEDS bots and some workflows and automations that I already created a couple of years ago. Meeting again next week with him and his IT director to close the deal. 3. Met a web designer who was referred by a BNI contact. The designer's main target clients are home service and construction companies with $2-10 Million annual sales. Not only did he love the idea of offering what I do to his clients, he is introducing me to his company's CEO to get set up themselves. Cha Cha Cha!!!
