A few years ago I had a side gig making fun characters out of little balls of cake. As halloween approaches (yes, it's coming!!) I'm thinking of bringing these little vampires back in a big way. Because GAWD, is it hard to get a foothold in marketing right now. But I know there are still plenty of businesses trying to make it out there, so I've planned a webby thing for September 25, at 11am Eastern time. The title: What's My Funnel? The topic: What's the best way to sell your program, product, or service? Is it through 1:1 networking, cold-calling, old-fashioned letter campaigns, paid ads, or bribing folks with little balls of cake? (I actually hadn't considered that one but now that I mention it, hmmm.... I could be onto something!) Because the thing that no guru tells you EVAHHHH, is that THEIR exact formula or framework works for THEM because of who they are, what they value, what they're selling, and how they like to communicate. But where a 2-call close process might be fantasic for them, it's not going to work for you if you're having to force it down like a canned brussels sprout. 🤮 I haven't created a sign-up page for the workshop yet, but if you're curious, comment below and I'll circle back with the link as soon as I get my shit together and stop thinking about cake. In the meantime, if you have a marketing conundrum and want to get a fresh perspective on it... grab one of my 20-minute catapult calls. We'll talk through your problem and prioritize your options. Here's the link: https://lnkd.in/emqAybCF While you go do that, I might have to go bake a cake. The pull is real. While I dither.. let me know what I should do?
