Food Rhythm & Nervous System Safety
Eating while watching TV or scrolling keeps the nervous system on guard. Screens signal movement and stimulation, so the body stays “on” instead of calming. Digestion becomes secondary because the system is still scanning outward. Food rhythm needs you to be slow, & present, & have consistent timing. That lets the body continually know it’s safe. This is root chakra work. Insight is not enough for grounding work, the root is trained through repetition. Regular meals. Full presence. No rushing. No distraction. When the body feels safe, energy stops being drained, anxiety goes down, & receiving becomes easier. How you eat is one of the strongest safety signals you give your nervous system every day.

Wow, this is extremely powerful. It’s so interesting because I actually eat my lightest meal around 12 first thing and then my largest meal at the end of the day and I have something light or medium in the middle. I am excited to switch this around and have like my dinner type food be the first thing. it’s interesting bc I’ve tried to incorporate mindful eating, but it’s something where is more difficult for me, but the way that you explained it, like feeling your feet on the ground and visualizing your food going down from your throat to your chest to your stomach. That definitely helps because I used to be like I don’t know where to put my energy towards while eating and don’t know what to do what to look at. Do you suggest pausing and putting the utensil down while eating? Thank you so much for this info, applying today!

Wow this video was EXTREMELY nourishing and divine. I will definitely be coming back to it! I don’t rush plants to grow that fast so why rush myself? I am a beautiful flower and will continue to water myself and absorb sunlight🤗

@Ms Jackson these are great! For me I resonate with fear when it comes to success a little bit or emotions of doubt but now that I’m thinking about it comes from not being regulated or feeling safe in the body and those are some things we have went over. Also lack of patience is an emotion that has came for me too.

Constant availability /phone checking keeps the nervous system on alert. Windows create safety. Social media has its time. Communication has its time. The rest of the day belongs to your body. WOW Amier, this video is true gold. Thank you for sharing this with us. I understand everything you taught us. Applying this, I reasonate with feeling scattered and interrupted while doing tasks because I respond to people. Then there will be times I completely avoid social media and my messages because I get overwhelmed. Thank you for creating these systems of royalty, allowing my avatar to feel safe and contain my abundant powerful energy. My only question is, how do you go about utilizing your phone the rest of day besides social media use and communication?
This Week: Stabilization & Preparation
This final week of January is about sealing attention leaks and stabilizing the nervous system before we go deeper next month. January has been focused on attention containment… learning where energy leaks and how to reclaim it through structure, rhythm, and presence. Remember, money is energy, money is attention. Attention containment amplifies your money frequency. So this week we locking the system in deeper that way February’s work actually lands. What we’re focusing on this week: • Morning & Night Routine Stabilizing the nervous system at the edges of the day so attention doesn’t leak everywhere midday. • Food Rhythm Using the body to regulate safety. Irregular eating creates internal survival mode … rhythm restores the containment. Root chakra activation. • Social Media Time Blocks Closing one of the biggest modern attention leaks by creating clear windows instead of constant access. Think of this week as preparing the container. We stabilizing rhythm, and grounding the system so we’re ready for February’s focus: which is the Emotional Containment. Learning how to stay in the body when emotion rises instead of leaving or reacting. Move slowly this week. I will create a community routine, rhythm, & time block so everyone in here can follow.
