Clara helped me simplify
I was about to create a new freebie. I had the idea. The purpose. The audience. And then I paused. I am building and launching a programme this month. This week, I am opening conversations around it. Creating something new would have felt productive. But it would have divided my attention. So instead of asking what else I could add, I asked what needs my full attention. The answer was simple. The programme. The conversations. The invitations. If you are building something right now, this is your reminder. You do not always need another asset.
