Mini práctica rápida 👇
Ojo, no quiero una respuesta perfecta. Solo una frase real con una de estas expresiones: 1. run into = encontrarte con alguien por casualidad 2. run out of = quedarse sin algo 3. run over = atropellar / pasarse de tiempo Ejemplo: Yesterday I ran into an old friend. Ahora tú: Escribe UNA frase con: I ran into... I ran out of... o I ran over... Una frase corta vale.
In febrary of this year I run into an old friend I hadn’t seen for many years

🌱 Word of the day: THRIVE
Example: Some people don’t just survive difficult situations. They thrive. Hoy me parece una buena palabra para acordarnos también de la gente afectada por el terremoto en Venezuela 🇻🇪 No hace falta hacer un gran discurso. Solo una frase. Complete this sentence: After a difficult moment, people can thrive by… Examples: After a difficult moment, people can thrive by helping each other. After a difficult moment, people can thrive by staying strong. After a difficult moment, people can thrive by rebuilding their lives step by step. One sentence. With respect. With heart. And in English. 👇
After a difficult moment, people can thrive by going out, runing, hiking, ……… I think that It’s the best way to clear your mind and keep going.
@Jesus Gavira much better!!!! ( tu variante )
☕️ Monday English Check-in
Vamos a empezar la semana con algo muy simple. No una clase, no una explicación larga. Solo una frase real en inglés. Complete this sentence: This week, I’m going to... Examples: This week, I’m going to practise English for 10 minutes a day. This week, I’m going to speak more and worry less. This week, I’m going to finish something I started. Puede ser sobre inglés, trabajo, deporte, familia o lo que quieras. ☝️ Una frase. ✅ Real. ❌ No perfecta. 🔥 Real. I’ll start: This week, I’m going to keep building this community little by little. Now you 👇

📰 New piece of news: Weights and longer life
I agree with my mates, when you are over 35, you must train strength, but you must to be careful with the intensity that you train, you could "brake" yourself like an old car. A sentence to sum up my opinion could be: Lift as heavy as you can but knowing your limits
