@Manuel Ruep I traveled lately, changed habits, diet, sleep cycles... That's not helping, but I'm happy to keep the breath hold training in good shape, soon I will be back home and hopefully I will have the weather and time to enjoy a free diving session ๐Ÿ˜

@Manuel Ruep 18h... Not yet, when I started to introduce this exercise it was not the first week and it was something like 1:20 hold 1:00 breath... but one day I will reach 18h and then even more ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Happy breath holding to you too ๐Ÿ˜œ

week 53 for my last session of the week I done a gentle ramp up with short breaks in between: โ€ข hold breath โ€ข 1:00 1:00 โ€ข 1:10 1:00 โ€ข 1:20 1:00 โ€ข 1:30 1:00 โ€ข 1:40 1:00 โ€ข 1:50 1:00 โ€ข 2:00 1:00 โ€ข 2:10 done ๐Ÿ˜Š tomorrow I will rest ๐Ÿ˜ have a great weekend and happy breath holding ๐Ÿ˜œ
