Hi everyone! I thought it would be great to start a thread about what Ashlynn and Pivot and Execute mean to you. Maybe two or three things you appreciate, or how being here has transformed you. I will go first! I have always hated lifting, but Ashlynn’s routines changed that! The routines are effective, efficient, and challenging! Additionally, and more importantly, Ashlynn has really helped change my self talk, which has trickled down to helping me understand I am worth investing time and care into. It has truly been life giving! Lastly, my teen daughter LOVES Ashlynn! She hears the work outs and always comments on how positive Ashlynn is. Also, we have the privilege of playing soccer on the same club that her boys do, so we see her from time to time. Ashlynn is always so warm and welcoming to her and it’s a huge encouragement to my daughter! I love that my daughter has someone like Ashlynn to help her feel confident and loved. I joined almost a year ago and I am so glad I did! The scale hasn’t changed much yet, but I know my mind has and the rest will follow.

Love this! She is someone who pushes you to be the best version of you. I love when I send my assessments and get her feedback-her honesty and her drive pushes me to do more than I thought I could. She is an amazing human. I’m so blessed to be here and I just love her dearly!

I am struggling....
Full transparency on this THRIVING TUESDAY! I am struggling and thriving — yes, both at the same time! I’m struggling to maintain and keep up with my standards — posting daily, getting ahead on Thrive30 filming, cleaning my house, and spending quality time with the kids (especially Charlie). I share this not for pity but for relatability. I also ate a chocolate chip cookie yesterday… and a donut hole… even though I told myself I wouldn’t. 🍪 But I say I am thriving and struggling because I also: ✔ Got my training in yesterday ✔ Prioritized sleep ✔ Kept up with my March March steps (even with some missed days!) ✔ Hit my protein ✔ Maintained my caloric deficit If you feel this, know you are not alone. Sheww it was like you are in my brain today, was literally feeling the same way and I saw this post, feeling overwhelmed with the week and how many things need to be done. Overslept this morning and I just got done with the workout and I am a completely different person. Thank you ! I needed this! Thankful for you and your authenticity. You’re amazing and inspiring! 🩷

Wins for today is more for the week, I was able to go out of town, I did track mostly everything. Forgot a couple things but enjoyed the moment and it was wonderful. I bounced back yesterday to tracking and working out. Last year I would not have done that. I worked hard to get to vacation only to slack off and return to old habits once I got back. It’s became a lifestyle in which I know I will get off the train and get back on now, and it’s all about the mindset, thanks to you @Ashlynn Dohman
Stop overcomplicating your life. 💥
Overhauling your life usually leads to burnout. I’m not saying it always does, but for most of us, doing too much at once is what keeps you stuck in that vicious cycle: tired, unmotivated, mindlessly scrolling, yelling at the kids, hating your job… you know the drill. This girl didn’t worry about weight but she was miserable in different ways. I’m proud that I started to pay attention to my body and realize what is normal and what is not. This girl was sick all the time and at multiple doctors appointments only to be made felt crazy. Fast forward to years later getting told you have had a tumor in your stomach since you were child, and that you were never crazy. Now I’m cancer free and cured and the tables have turned. But that’s been because I have been loved, living a busy life with all three of my boys, and what a blessing to look at this picture knowing all I have achieved. To chemo, re growing my hair, I have learned to love me again no matter what the picture looks like. Losing weight is hard but I’m very grateful to love my body again. Thanks for pushing me to be vulnerable Ashlynn! 🥰🥰
