⭐ Woke up to this little star this morning
Recently, I’ve shared LOTS of free value, and in return, I asked you to actively engage, support one another, and take your check-ins seriously. And many of you have actually done just that. And... as a result, we’ve moved up from 34th to 29th place in the “self-improvement” category on Skool. The top 30. That means I’m now among the top 1% of community builders on the platform, what a huge dopamine hit this morning when I woke up to see the star emoji. But let's be real... that badge is just as much yours as it is mine. Every like, comment, check-in pushes us up. Which means more people with ADHD can now find this place and get the help they need. You're all incredible. Thank you. 🙏

So beautiful.😍
Day 3 ✅ Done!
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "I can't control my cravings. I'm not disciplined, especially when it comes to pastries." 📍 Where it came from: Many years of repeating the same pattern and believing that I simply lack discipline. ✨ My new code: "When I calm my nervous system and stabilize my blood sugar, it becomes much easier to make better decisions." 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who is learning how to cook healthy, delicious meals at home. I enjoy treats sometimes, but I eat healthy most of the time." 💪 Debugging in progress...

@Deb Brouwer Thank you for sharing! Stabilizing blood sugar really is a game-changer — for mood, focus, and feeling in control. Your story is so inspiring!

@Damyan Georgiev Thank you for sharing this — that’s a really interesting approach. I can see how allowing a small amount regularly could take away the “forbidden food” feeling and help reduce cravings. I appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Day 1 ✅ Done!
🧠 Biggest insight: I am not broken. ⚡️ My open loop is: Return a parcel 💛 One word for how I feel right now: Optimistic

Thank you, I'm finally stopping sabotaging myself.
Day 2 ✅ Done!
🎭 The mask I've been wearing most: Invisible one, Perfectionist 😮‍💨 How exhausting it's been: No improvement and no growth 👶 What I loved as a kid: Exploring, crafting, making things ⚡️ Friction Audit —I bought a mirrorless camera years ago, but I haven’t really invested time to learn manual mode yet. My next steps: • Take out the camera and charge it • Log into the course I purchased • Start practicing 15 minutes 5 times a week
