Hi everyone, just wanted to re-introduce myself. I’m Jon and I live in Asheville nc and my wife and I have a food business called Compassionste Kitchen (we manufacture vegan, organic baking mixes). I started this program in November 2025 and have continued to stick with it since then. I have had the most amazing results- and not just in how I look. My energy is up, my confidence is up, I am significantly stronger all around, and I’m getting more and more people asking me abt my diet. I work in construction and so many guys have been asking me how i can be strong and vegan. It’s been amazing; this journey has changed my life. And most importantly, it’s made me a more effective vegan advocate. I know my journey is still continuing, but hopefully you can see by the videos (first is before I started and other is a few weeks ago) that significant change has happened. I hope to engage more and am so happy this place exists. Vegan for the animals😀😀

I deeply appreciate every single one of you for using your voices for these innocent beings. Vegans make up about 1-2% of the population and yet only about half speak up for animals. We need to change this, pronto!🙏🏼 The animals have no one except for those who speak on their behalf. So let’s do this! Get out of your comfort zone and speak up however you can. Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issue – I have a family member who claims to be Vegan and overall she is mostly vegan. Periodically she eats cows milk, cheese and other products that have dairy and eggs in them and I suspect meat sometimes but I don’t really know. But she always calls herself Vegan and she claims it to her friends and family. As an actual Vegan, it really bothers me, even though I know her diet causes much less suffering than your average non-Vegan. Does anybody else ever deal with this? And do you think it’s a problem when people say they’re vegan and they’re actually not?

Hey fam! I hope you all had a beautiful weekend! In case you haven’t heard, I need to share this amazing news with you all! Ridglan Farms is SHUTTING DOWN! Meaning all dogs will be out of that hell hole and it will not be doing business internally (our worry since we knew they lost their breeding and selling license effective 7/1)!!! More news to come but I surmise that Big Dog Rescue Ranch has bought the remaining babies. Check out the video in the comments.😭 The timeline is way off as Wayne Hsiang/activisits have been putting the pressure on Ridglan for a decade. However, this shows how we can get shit done for the animals by working together!!!! So grateful to you all and everyone who played a role in this success for the beagles!!❤️😭 😁
