When You’re Capable but Still Stuck
If you were truly lost, you wouldn’t be searching this hard. You’re not stuck because you’re incapable. You’re stuck because you’ve been surviving. When you’ve lived in pressure for long enough… overthinking becomes normal. Overwhelm becomes familiar. Disconnection feels “just how life is.” So you try to push through. You promise yourself you’ll get it together next week. You gather more insight. But what you actually need isn’t more information. You need reconnection. You can be capable, faith-filled, and intelligent… and still feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of who you are right now. That’s not laziness. That’s misalignment. If this resonates, I created a free 7-day experience called Your Turn to Rise. It’s designed for women who feel: • overwhelmed • stuck • disconnected from joy • unsure of their next step • tired of surviving For 7 days, you’ll receive short, powerful videos and guided reflection to help you reconnect with your true self, reclaim clarity, and rise with confidence. This is simple. Grounded. And designed to help you move forward without forcing. You can join here 💗 https://www.confidentlyjoyful.com/your-turn-to-rise It’s your turn to rise.

How to know your nervous system is dysregulated:
After 15+ years in root-cause healing, this is one of the most overlooked patterns I see in women who “do everything right” yet still feel stuck. A dysregulated nervous system often looks like this: • Rest makes you anxious instead of calm • Your body feels on high alert—everything feels louder, sharper, more intense • “Good stressors” crash you instead of supporting you • Small things feel disproportionately overwhelming • You’re wired but tired—exhausted, yet unable to fully shut down • Blood sugar becomes unstable, digestion weakens, inflammation lingers • Weight won’t budge despite discipline and consistency • Your energy feels forceful—pushing instead of supported Here’s the piece most women don’t connect: When the nervous system is dysregulated, you start chasing fixes. New supplements. New biohacks. New protocols. New courses. New devices. You interrupt help with a “but.” You believe the next thing will finally fix it. From a clinical lens, this isn’t a deficiency problem. It’s a regulation problem. You can’t supplement your way out of survival mode.
I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.
Here we go. #1 — Who I am I’m Michele Lefler. I’m a librarian by training and trade, and I run my own work as Your Personal Librarian. That means I help people sort their lives the way you’d sort a messy library. What stays. What goes. What gets a new label. What gets put back where it belongs. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, smart, tired humans. A lot of them are self-employed. A lot of them are in life shifts. Money, grief, meaning, work, and nervous systems are always in the mix. I’m based in the U.S., in a small town library world that keeps me very grounded in real people with real problems. #2 — Where I want more clarity right now I’m craving cleaner lines between what is mine to hold and what is not. In work. In friendship. In care. I’m very good at being the steady one. I’m getting better at letting myself be held too. That’s the alignment I’m working on. #3 — What keeps me grounded Water. Always water. The ocean when I can get to it. Rivers and lakes when I can’t. Being near moving water settles my whole body in a way nothing else does. It reminds me that things keep flowing even when I feel stuck. That’s where I reset.
I’ve been here a while and just realized I never actually introduced myself. So… hi. I’m Michele.

That sounds fascinating!
Hello!
Hey all, I’m Megan, and I’m a former VP turned FT creative blogger and biz owner! I own/operate my blog, create digital products for B2B and B2C audiences, network with brands, and help fellow multi-passionate creatives get clarity on their own business journey. If that sounds like a lot, it feels like it too! I’m working every day on combatting my ADHD so that I keep everything flowing… over one year out from having left a reliable six-figure salary in order to pursue my dreams, and I’m so thankful! Being a multi-passionate means I’m all over the place, but in a good way! I find comfort in my ability to see the possibilities in the littlest things, and I keep a ready playlist of background music and/or favorite movies to listen to while I’m working - it keeps me inspired. When I took the leap in leaving my corporate career behind, I also pledged to return, even in small part, to my roots as a theatre major and actress, so I take every chance to audition that I can. Thrilled that I’ve managed to nab some small bits already, despite my 20-year hiatus! In my mid-forties (officially in May, yikes!), and my point in number-dropping is just to say, you aren’t late! Do the thing, be creative every day, and project into the world the life you want to live - I did. 😉

Hi!
Hi Everyone!
🌸 Hi! I'm Tracy. I send greetings from the great state of Texas! 🌸 I work with women over 40 who want to build a life and a business around their purpose. 🌸 I have helped women one-on-one, and I am new to the one-to-many format. So, I would love more clarity on the best way to deliver my services online through courses, workshops, etc. 🌸 One ritual that helps me feel grounded is prayer. I don't have a picture of me praying, but that's what I do to keep me on a solid foundation. 😊 Another fun fact about me is that I'm a huge Marvel movie fan! Not comics... I never got into those. I just love superhero movies, and Marvel is my preference. DC is ok...
