When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. Something I’ve been learning recently, Action creates clarity faster than overthinking ever will I used to spend so much time trying to mentally prepare before starting something. Making sure the timing was right Trying to avoid mistakes Wanting certainty first But the more I delay action, the heavier things feel in my mind This week I finally pushed myself to move on something I’d been postponing for a while with my online work and the interesting part wasn’t even the result It was how much lighter I felt after taking action Like my nervous system relaxed once I stopped resisting Sometimes the energy drain isn’t the task It’s the hesitation. Anyone else notice that too?

Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger I used to believe that I could never get the results that I wanted in healing trauma. I just had this toxic mindset that really held me back. I remember I would sit down and be on my couch and just overthink stuff. But you know what, that younger version of me all he had to do all he had to do was just do the repetitions, do the work constantly on repeat, and make it consistent by being disciplined. That really is half the battle right there. In this post I just want to tell you that getting results in whatever area of life you care about, like even trauma healing or mental health, is just about repetition. Doing the habits that heal your trauma that are good for your mental health day after day, no matter how you feel. That's what it's all about. Thank you for reading and I hope it was valuable.
