@Jess Whitehand I’m. Currently aiming for 1600-1800 but I’m finding my protein/carb intake may be a little high because I’m getting quite full, particularly at lunch. I had put on some weight and was worried so got another body scan. Turns out my body fat % is actually down 3.2% and my muscle mass is up 6kg (if that’s even possible).
