Weโ€™re Growing Together: Exciting Updates & Your Voice Needed!
Dear friends, Iโ€™ve missed you! Itโ€™s been a busy season behind the scenes, and I want to reconnect and share whatโ€™s been happening in our Nurses Move community. Over the past few months, Iโ€™ve been working hard on some big changes, especially applying for CPD accreditation for our courses! Yes, this is the secret I was working on in the past 3 months ๐Ÿ˜‰ This will bring even more value and recognition to everything you learn here, and Iโ€™m excited to say weโ€™re making real progress! Iโ€™ve also restructured the community to add new ways for you to grow, connect, and get support, without losing sight of what makes this free space special: our relationships and your unique journeys! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป I know things have felt a bit different lately, and you might have noticed I was less present. This community is still relatively new, and in the early months, I was focused on understand on how building a strong foundation, one thatโ€™s well-structured and truly supportive for everyone here. Thank you for your patience and for sticking with me through this transition. My focus has always been on making Nurses Move Craeer Coaching a place where you feel seen, recognised, supported, and empowered, not "sold to.โ€ Now, I want to hear from you! Weโ€™re about to launch our next FREE activity, and Iโ€™d love your input on which one we should do first. Poll: Which activity would you like to start with? Here are the options: 1. Repeat the โ€œWork Visibility Challengeโ€: Shine a light on your strengths and achievements at work, and get inspired by others. The first one went really well. 2. "Career Wins Reflection": Share a recent win or breakthrough, big or small, and celebrate progress together. 3. "Peer Support Week": Connect with other members for encouragement, advice, and practical support on your current goals. Please vote in the poll below or drop your ideas in the comments. Your voice matters here! Thank you for being part of this journey. I canโ€™t wait to reconnect, celebrate your wins, and support your next steps, wherever you are in your nursing career.

Whatโ€™s your biggest challenge right now in your nursing/career journey?
Lets go back to work, should we? Ok beautiful people, I hope you are doing great! โค๏ธ I know I have been quite busy lately and didn't get you to reflect or interact too much, but I hope you've enjoied the latest free resources that I've dropped in the classroom. If you haven't yet you should check them out... Anyway... This evening I am back with a reflection prompt!๐Ÿคฉ Why? Because we should start a conversation here, I want that you stop being shy and you start asking questions or sharing your viewpoint. This is the goal of this community, making you interact each other, and make you learn one another while I support you in your career growth. Lets start simple: 1. I ask you a question. 2. You answer the questionthe best you can (no judgment here, remember?!๐Ÿ˜‰) 3. I give you a solution or direction or a best prompt for reflection, if you need to work more on it. 4. You also can interact each other: this will help you deep your understanding on that particular matter, but also you will feel less alone in your challenges, because I reassure you, that we all face the same challenges, the difference is that all of us will express in different way. So today I am bringing you my first question: Whatโ€™s your biggest challenge right now in your nursing/career journey?

@Evalister Saka I understand this frustration because I was once there. Sometimes just apply for those jobs despite not ticking all the boxes. Give yourself a chance.
Happy Saturday!
Hello guys! I hope you are all well. How has your week been? My week has been very exciting๐Ÿคฉ I started my new job in "my new country", and I really appreciate how all the team is very supportive, making me feel welcomed. I expected a good start, but I must admit that I'm very impressed by how my department care about each new starter and how they are guiding me in my new role. I'm thrilled to see what's next! Since work is important, well-being is important as well. So, today I'm gonna relax, enjoy my time and take care of myself by doing exercises. What about you, guys? I wish you all a lovely weekend โค๏ธ
Happy Saturday!

@Rita Komen the cleaning part. ๐Ÿ˜ Iโ€™ve been planning to do this for a long time and Iโ€™m just always tired. ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ I think I will eventually get someone to do it. I hear itโ€™s a service that some people offer.

@Rita Komen ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I tried FIFA only once and gave up. My husband just plays alone now.
Happy Monday!
I know today is an important day for some of you (no spoiler don't worry ๐Ÿ˜‰) I personally come back to work after Annual leave... never had Annual leave on Christmas time before! It feels so strange ๐Ÿ˜… but, I feel also excited to start a new year in this my new role! I have been working here only for 6 months (I've started in June) but I love it! A small team but the impact of patients is huge. The part that I love the most is educating patients and answer their questions. The most difficult part? It is educating patients and answer their questions! Also research is a big one! I am learning so much from the latest research paper publications. So today for me is a big start: a new year in this new role that after 6 months (learning and adjusting) I feel more confident in. So the goal for this year is becoming and fully embracing my role as Clinical Nurse Specialist. What does this year represents to you?

Tomorrow I'll back to clinic after nearly 20 days of Annual Leave (Never had Annual Leave on Christmas time before!) and I can't wait for Wednesday so that I can go back to my project. And you? Which project is driven you in this first quarter of the year? Could be work, family, business, hobby, faith related: whatever your heart and mind are align into! Leave it in the comments box below

Annual leave during Christmas sounds really good. ๐Ÿ˜Š For me the project has been business. I finally created my program and refined my niche. Iโ€™m doing marketing and my goal is to get one paying client this month. So far so good. But I am constantly fighting impostor syndrome on the side. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
