Call flow help!
Hey @Ryan Steinolfson, how are you? As we discussed in the workshop, where you mentioned that CallRail is working correctly and that I could ask your team for help, here’s a screenshot of my configuration: Step 1: Ring first to my client's personal phone for 20 seconds Step 2: If they don’t answer, ring the AI Agent for 10 seconds However, I’m facing the following issues: - If we unflag voicemail in Step #1, the call is not forwarded to Step #2 and goes to voicemail instead. - And if we flag voicemail in Step #1, the call flow improperly disregards the 20-second ring time for Step #1 and transfers to Step #2 almost immediately, after just one ring. Setting 30 seconds for the client's personal number avoids this issue, but we end up missing many calls because leads hang up around the 20-second mark. Could you take a look and check if my configuration is correct, please? -

@Roxanne Escolano Hey Roxanne, how are you? Thanks for the tip! I’ll make the adjustments you recommended! Another question: when we enable the voicemail option in Step #1, the call flow improperly skips the 20-second ring time for Step #1 and transfers to Step #2 almost immediately, after just one ring. Is this adjustable in any additional settings?

LSA Call flow help!
Hello everyone! For those of you using voice AI to handle LSA leads, could you recommend a platform/tool to design call workflows? (Currently, I'm using Call Rail, but I'm experiencing several issues with it not respecting the timing and voicemail configurations.) Here's what I need: - *Step #1: Inbound calls should first ring my client's personal phone for 15 seconds. - *Step #2: If the client is unavailable to answer within 15 seconds, the call should transfer to a Twilio number integrated with an AI system to handle the call. - The goal is to ensure no inbound calls are missed. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I truly appreciate your help in advance with the workshop tomorrow. @Ryan Steinolfson, I’m currently using Synthflow AI for voice and Closebot AI for text, along with CallRail for call workflows (where I’m experiencing some issues). If you recommend any better tools, I’d be more than happy to switch—and I’d gladly use your affiliate link as well. :)
