As we discussed in the workshop, where you mentioned that CallRail is working correctly and that I could ask your team for help, here’s a screenshot of my configuration: Step 1: Ring first to my client's personal phone for 20 seconds Step 2: If they don’t answer, ring the AI Agent for 10 seconds However, I’m facing the following issues: - If we unflag voicemail in Step #1, the call is not forwarded to Step #2 and goes to voicemail instead. - And if we flag voicemail in Step #1, the call flow improperly disregards the 20-second ring time for Step #1 and transfers to Step #2 almost immediately, after just one ring. Setting 30 seconds for the client's personal number avoids this issue, but we end up missing many calls because leads hang up around the 20-second mark. Could you take a look and check if my configuration is correct, please? -
