Hey, Im Jordan from 🇨🇦 Not currently competing, but consistently training Muay thai. Might look get in the ring in the future when i feel more technically sound, but i feel like that will always need to be improved in my mind. Im focusing on recovering between rounds as much as possible, so maybe some higher intensity training ? assault bike etc? whats a solid diet for training mostly cardio at the moment ? keep the protein higher vs carbs. what do you think?
