I recently spent 6k€ in a consulting program where they're helping me with all the sales and marketing stuff that, as a software developer, am not that clear about. That would be 100% crazy if you'd asked me just one year ago.

- Have x2 customers. Still combining it with my full-time job. - Tonight, I finished my website, that basically is a summary of the Offer I created following the 100M Offers framework. - This week I've scheduled 4 weeks of YouTube videos and now I have to plan and execute the next batch. Just need to keep the momentum going 💪

This has clicked! Coming from the Consulting world, Current = "As is" and Desired = "To be". This way will be easier to remember. My business is about developing custom software solutions (B2B) in increments of 2-week sprints. So basically a recurrent service. One great idea that I get from this video is to present the client with the total price based on the number of 2-week sprints that we estimate it will take to go from "As is" to "To be". Up until now, I've been just tagging the price per month unit, but now I think it makes more sense to tie the price to the 2-week sprint unit. And my last client actually asked how long it's going to take to calculate the total they would be paying. So, the market was already trying to teach me this lesson. Luckily, we've got Acquisition.com to show us the way. The Prepay step is absolutely great. This way your clients are financing your growth.
