I Lowered the level to unlock the course to level 2 🙂
I noticed that to become level 3 before unlocking the free course can be a bit much for some people. At the moment I am also in another community trying to unlock a challenge and I noticed myself how challenging it is to become level 3 - I am commenting on multiple posts, 3 mornings in a row already there and I am still somewhere level 2 😅 And for me it is pretty easy to be active and engaging everywhere, but I also realized that not everybody talks as much as I do, or as easy as I do in a new community which I totally understand. So, to make the free course more accessible, you can now unlock it from level 2 🙂 💪 I recorded the 3rd session already, only still need to edit it, so it will be uploaded soon!!

Happy to hear this @Yordi Nolet . I’ve been replying and commenting but still no where nearer to level 3 so I can imagine that some people could lose interest without even getting a chance to experience your work.

Yesss! All founding tribe member spots have been taken! For me, this is a great milestone, and I feel really honored that all of you want to be part of this breathwork tribe. Being a founding tribe member means, as the name already suggests, you guys are the foundation of this tribe which we build together 💪 I just wanted to share this with you because 10 members doesn't sound like a lot, but I genuinely value every single member that joins our tribe. ❤️🌿 Let's keep building on this together! @Yordi Nolet My intention this week is to slow down, prioritise food and strength training, tie loose ends (finish reading ‘breath by James Nestor, finalise my logo design) and get some clarity on what direction to move in next with breathwork facilitatation. I have so many ideas and many options available so I’d like to get a little more structured and focused. Wishing you all a wonderful week of conscious breathing. 😊
Very grateful for the "Night of the Witch" event of yesterday! 🙏❤️
Yesterday, here in the Czech Republic, it was the night of the witch. This is a national holiday that has been celebrated/remembered every year, dedicated to the witches that got burned here in the middle ages. As we know now, witches were just people who wanted to help to heal other people through herbs and other natural ways, but they were just seen as cursed outcasts or misfits. And we even can make a connection to the current day society. So many people are taking prescription medicines and other forms of substances, provided by doctors or self-medication, which is seen as normal. While the people who really genuinely want to help people heal through natural resources: the breath or meditation are still a little bit often marked as outcasts or misfits or as "woo-woo" people. So we have a personal connection with this "Night of the Witch" event in the Czech Republic. And I even got the chance to let some people experience breathwork. And I did one amazing one-on-one session @Michael Grey, Which was very fulfilling because I was genuinely touched by the way he responded to this breathwork session. 🫶 And I was blessed enough to close the evening with six people who were genuinely interested in breathwork, and we did some balancing of the nervous system and some meditation. And once again, I was genuinely positively surprised by everybody's reaction. Very, very grateful for this day ❤️ And we even have a few new members in our community, and there might be joining a couple more. @Michael Grey & @Michal Doležálek , welcome to The Bohemian Tribe! 🌿 I'll just share some photos and videos below for the people who are interested. Choose techniques or follow a sequence?
I’m curious, does anyone choose their breathwork techniques according to what they specifically want to feel? For example, if I’m feeling lethargic or sluggish, I start with stronger techniques like bastrika or chit shakti. If I want to quiet my racing mind, I start with Nadi shodhana followed by slow soft breaths. I tailor my breathwork according to what my body needs. What do you do?

I think I will try your idea of gratitude meditation halfway through the day. Sounds like what I need.
